Mattress needs replacing, sagging bad, door lock didn’t work several times, bathroom sink clogged, nowhere to put trash, vacasa ad didn’t tell us it’s very close to noisy very busy street. Over priced for what we got

it was a great stay and the cabin was very clean but i would say that the hot tub was a disappointment because there was SO much chlorine in it. almost to overwhelming and was floating on top of the hot tub. we were only able to stay in it for like 30 min before getting out which was super upsetting.

The hot tub did not work until the morning of departing and it was very dirty. The bathtub was tiny, was dirty with spiders in it and leaking at the shower head. There was no hair dryer. There was only a fan in the bedroom making it stay super hot. It was a cute sized cabin with a good size porch but it was not a pleasant stay. We personally will never stay with Vacasa again. We have had several bad experiences with Vacasa and will not waste our money again. Would definitely not recommend.

We spent a very cramped, uncomfortable weekend in this cabin. Beware tall people, the ceiling is only 6’ high in the bathroom and other areas. This “cabin” was more like a converted shed situated in a trailer-park like setup with several others beside a noisy road. I found dead cockroaches behind the bathroom door and under the sink. The bathroom is barely large enough to turn around in and super cramped. We paid a total of $843 to stay two nights in this “cabin” and to say it wasn’t worth it is a HUGE understatement.

We loved it all. Just wish we had written instructions on how the hot tub worked. Shower was perfect. Place was clean.

Until, we went to bed.
The mattress was completely broken down. We ended up in the middle of the mattress, going downhill. We could hardly get back up, to get out of the bed. We ended up sleeping on the couch the first night, couch bed the rest of the time. Which was a bummer, because I ended up with a sore neck the remainder of our trip.
Overall, I give 3 stars, because if this issue were to be fixed, we would definitely stay here again! I did report this to the rental company!

We liked the location because it was close to National Parks, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. But the cabin was so close to a very busy road and that was unexpected! Neat, clean, well supplied, clean towels, good front porch. However, no A/C in bedroom, stove not in good condition, no step for the Hot Tub-dangerous for older guests, no pool as advertised, unmowed lawn.

This unit is one of four cabins right next to each other in a good location just about 15 minutes down the road from Pigeon Forge away from the major congestion in PF.
The small cabin was suitable for 2 adults and 2 small kids but I feel too small for 4 adults. The unit description mentions a pool however it should not as it is only a public pool a drive away at a cost. The cabin is right on Wears Valley road which is a busy main road. You are not set back off the road enough to enjoy peaceful time in the hot tub. Behind the cabin is a home that has fenced in horses which was nice to watch! Bathroom is very tiny and stove is tiny and not meant for any serious cooking.

Awesome Cabin
This is the perfect cabin if you want to get away and not have to be entertained. Paw Paws Cajun Kitchen was amazing(he is actually Cajun and moved to the mountains to start a restaurant.

Nice Family Getaway
We had a good time in the Calvery Cabin. Close enough for a short drive to Pigeon Forge but far enough away not to have to deal with the congestion. Booking and checking in were simple through Vacasa app. Overall I rated it 5 stars but the over head light in the bedroom didn’t work and the light in the hot tub would not come on. They weren’t big issues for our family but might bother others.

This property was super cute and we used the hot tub every evening! The only downfalls were that the bedroom was hot, and that the bathroom is not roomy at all.
