Quiet room with a cute little terrace. Host was amicable and available for any question. It is well located a few blocks off the center and easy to walk around. Good shower and quiet at night.

Bed takes a lot of the room space, with a mattress that could be upgraded. More separation from the host living space would be ideal as you are staying in someone's home.

The staff was really friendly and gentle. We have a queen size bed and it was really comfortable.

Our room had a private rooftop terrace and huge bed.

No hot water in the shower.

Really convenient price. Good location. Quiet room. The bathroom was big enough with a good shower. The windows had mosquito net. There were a fridge and a microwave outside the room.

The room was hot in the afternoon and there was only a little fan. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable. Despite the many comments, one of the shelves next to the bed was still broken. The chairs on the terrace were also half broken. It's a pity...

Everything about this place was excellent. The owners were friendly and respectful, the room was clean and well maintained and the location was near the center of the city. If I ever return to SLP, I will stay at Maison Pascual.

Walkable to El Centro. Clean. King sized bed was very comfortable, more soft than firm. Towels and shampoo provided. Refrigerator and microwave available for guest use. Good internet. Hot shower. Nice patio attached to room. Good communication from hosts via booking.com. A great value for the price.

It lacked somewhere to hang clothes and a bath mat. Needed 1 more blanket in winter.

no reception, no people, theplace is someone’s house with 2 rooms on the 2nd floor. we contacted the host via phone and that was ok. but if you want an experience with people this is not the place. the room is very cold no heating system no sun goes into the room. cant use the kitchen which is right in front of you and no basic breakfast. they can put a small stove to heat water for coffee of cook something basic. need shelf in the shower to put the shampoo on.

nice, small place. never met the hosts, but talked and they were nice! easy check in on your own. everything was clean and close to downtown. very small place so you can hear everything in the building. overall, a fine place!

You need to walk past a family in their kitchen every time you go up to the room, with a large sign saying that guests are not allowed to stay in the kitchen, apart from this it is like a hotel but at least 20 percent cheaper. (Hard to find such a good hotel room for 280-300 pesos which I paid for this place). Comfortable bed, TV with youtube, decent wifi, mosquito nets by the window. The staff does not usually clean every day for long-term guests but in my case they could clean my room every day I was there.

When the place was fully booked after I stayed there for 3 nights, the owner said he had another room available, just 3 blocks away, for 200 pesos per night, which he expected me to say yes to with almost no information at all, just some photos on the mobile when I asked him to show the place, no TV I got to know after I asked, but that the place was a construction site he first told me the morning when I was going there after paying the day before, (And the only reason for telling me was because there might not be a place to put my bag before check in because of this). When I went there and saw how terrible it looked I asked for the money back which i got. also the code and check in time to the new place was wrong. Not a great behavior but at least I got my money back, which saves from a low rating.

Tbh, everything was perfect. Hard to complain about anything ;) Owners are perfect hosts and really care about guests 10:10
