Indeed, only 4 minutes to the Penkenbahn. It was clean and well heated.

Only after the not-refundable booking we found out the tough rules, regulations and requests imposed by the owners, all in a sequence of weekly e-mails which came all as a nasty surprise, i.e. vacuum cleaning the apartment, arranging all the dishes back into the cupboards, etc, all with warning of strong penalties if we failed to comply. I've felt like pushed in back in Army times having to obey roules and exaggerated requests under threat of repercussions if failed, such as 40 Eur for looking up the safe, 100 Eur for letting the key in the POST box !, etc.. There was no toilet paper, no extra blankets or pillows, the furniture was merely spartan, the towels really aged and some nasty odour could be felt raising up from the toilet basin due to faulty siphon. The apartment on the main street was so noisy until 1-2 every night due to drunken yelling people. Smelly and poorly furnished kitchen with only the basic stuff, no dish washing machine and we could smell everything the neighbours would cook due a common evacuation duct above the cooking hood. Skiraum without any fresh air intake - if unlucky to be the first in the morning to open the door we were struck by terrible stink. For all the money we paid what we finally got was a poorly furnished apartment with tough rules to obey and no direct contact whatsoever with the ones supposed to friendly receive some guests. Very expensive yet disappointing experience.

Location was perfect.

A lot of money for a sober appartement. The mails we recieved before like digital check-in are not friendly. I stay in Austria for about 50 years and never approuched with penalty’s. Also how to leave the appartement. Again threatening with penalty’s. And the kitchen did not have enough equipment. To cook is actually quit impossible.

Location is awsome, basic facilities were enough, apartment was very nice. With just few hick ups.

There was only 1 key for 5 people! Same key for the apartment and ski cellar which was a choir. Second key would help a lot. Also noise complains from bellow owner. We received one while we were cooking dinner at 6-7pm - which kinda bummed us for the week.

Furniture is basic and is not the newest. Self-service style of accommodation management compensates for lack of service, on site presence of personnel to serve you as a guest. No reception desk to check you in (self service online check in is not a job customers supposed to do, manually typing all details of guests), no one to greet you, give and take over keys from you. Self service rules are imposed by threats of 100 Euros penalty charge guest is not informed about before booking and for which owner has no right for. All rules are easy to follow without passive-aggressive style of written communication. I think this statement from the departure message sums it all : Please do not call us on the day of departure with the information that you are leaving. Thank you very much! Despite nothing was particularly wrong, this communication sheds bad light on it and how guests feel about it.

Place literally next to Penkenbahn. Ski storage ground floor.

Small kitchen (only 2 burners, no oven). Nothing cosy with big lights everywhere, really uncomfortable seats, no real contact with owner, strange email demands and no answers. They don’t seem to care at all.

Well equiped, spacious, well priced. Fast service. Nice ski locker and close to the lift.
