lift shaft was noisy

Location was great, beds super comfortable, apartment itself nice but also quite small/cramped. Loved the kitchen fixtures. Ski room in the ground floor was pretty good but ***no*** boot warmers. The managing agent was very responsive, answered our calls etc. Balcony view was gorgeous, beds very comfortable.

We were initially given an entirely wrong address but managed to work it out, it just took a lot of time. Again no, boot warmers in the ski room. The alleged parking space cost quite a bit extra and was totally separate from the building, leading to some confusion and additional work loading/unloading. We parked at a public lot.

- elevator was not working for 3 days, troubles with lock of main door,bad smell after cleaning hall (long lasting), in apartment was missing mixer,grater,potlids - , noisy elevator,expensive parking (245€/week) far away from apartment,and no place to load/unload the car - you have to eigher be taking all of your lugages from the hotel parking or if you want to stop close to the apartment you have to go onto prohibited path

Very central location, for slopes and town. Convenient boot room. Tastefully furnished.

The downside of the location is the noise - so earplugs needed if you sleep with the window open! Very compact apartment. Great for 4 people, but we wouldn’t want any extras in there. The apartment was clean but some of the crockery and pans weren’t cleaned properly by previous guests which is disappointing. We only used one frying pan as the others needed a proper scrub. The cleaners hadn’t emptied the dishwasher, so that is where we found all the missing crockery!

The apartment was in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the ski lifts, with a beautiful view of the mountains. There were shops and restaurants right outside our door. There was also a great market on Monday just outside our door. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for our family of five (kids ages 16, 13, 11); having two bathrooms was appreciated by our teen girls. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was also convenient to have a clothes washer. There was a ski locker downstairs that we used for our 5 pairs of skis/poles.
