The reason I booked this place it’s location, Ev charge and breakfast. Breakfast is pretty poor, so we had to go to eat somewhere else. The ev charges were busy and one of them was blocked by the car that is not electric. It should be at least some signs to avoid that. The location is great and place is very cozy.

The front desk (Tyrone amongst others) was very helpful and friendly. The spacious room was in excellent condition. Being October the room pointing to the street was quiet. And the AC also :) I was positively surprised by the free parking.

The breakfast did not match the otherwise top-notch hotel. On the other hand I understand that you cannot offer a full buffet for just a handful of guests (late October). Maybe vouchers to a local place like "gGood Stuff" would be an option. The cleaning staff did there job well but I would have expected them to put full tubes of shampoo, etc. next to the sink when they see that the initial ones are in use / in the shower. Sure, I could have asked but on the other hand we had our own shampoo bottles from a previous AirBnB stay.

Breakfast was nice but minimal, in comparison to cheaper priced hotels

Breakfast was light, but was all that I needed. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is just a short block to the strand, but the beach itself is huge so there is quite a walk across the sand to the water.

I only wish that the hotel had wagons available to rent to lug all my stuff down to the water for a day at the beach.
