Location was great no breakfast.

Need a exterminator for the roaches, other than that great. The customer service was excellent.

The property location on the lake was wonderful, the view, how quite and relaxing we couldn’t of been more happy about picking this property on Lake Sinclair.

Once we arrived to the property the trouble started with the key to enter. There was a lock box that malfunctioned, luckily my wife went to the other box on the other side of the porch that she was able to open due to the code being left on the box that had spare keys in it. Once we enter which we was told the cleaning lady just left there were spider webs and dead bugs everywhere in the showers, kitchen windows that me, my wife and daughter cleaned after driving 30 mins to the store to purchase cleaning solutions which none was available to clean up because my 3 year old pointed out every bug she saw lol. Secondly reading the description of the property on Booking.com detailed that a 2nd room was available not a bunk house for my kids to stay in that was worst with the dead insects and a old tv that had a dvd and vcr player on it with no cable that was said to be flat screens with cable in the details on Booking.com. In the bunk house the washing machine had old mildewed rags or wash clothes hanging out the washer that someone left with outdated linens on the bunk beds which my kids would not sleep in which they said they would have if I could’ve turned the ac to a comfortable temp which the unit would not adjust for some reason. So back the beautiful house once my wife took over the cleaning because I got frustrated the stove was broken with a note that said sorry waiting on a part. We calmed ourselves after speaking with host, Booking.com and the property care taker who was amazing him and his wife thank you guys again, we said let’s put up the groceries and relax to some tv which was a flat screen but wouldn’t turn on because dead batteries in the remote and guess what no cable. For me I didn’t need TV myself being on the lake but the kids took it hard lol. No biggie more family time right. We relaxed until we smelled heat coming off the refrigerator and was like what burning Omg the fridge is not working, me what else can go wrong.
