Well appointed rental with all the things you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. The home is extremely clean, the kitchen well stocked and a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys etc. The family will have a great time on the beach and at home playing games with a well stocked game cubby. The bedding, pillows, sheets, towels and bathrooms are all newly stocked. We look forward to our return! And one more thing, the staff who runs this rental is extremely communicative and willing to help with anything.

My husband loved the fishing from the dock. Everything was very comfortable and exceptionally clean!

For us, the dining table and chairs were a challenge…very high!

The house was very cozy and clean. The host was very friendly and responsive!

Canal/dock was nice, open plan was perfect for our family and the sunset view from the bench in the property neighborhood was amazing.

extensive list of rules with threat of financial penalty limited the enjoyment of the property due to worry of being billed extra for any little thing.

This is a wonderful place to stay. it’s very quiet and a great family location. The walk to the beach is pretty far and you’re better off driving. The canal in the back is very nice and unfortunately we didn’t catch any fish there but the ocean side is full of fish. There are some pretty strict rules here and I believe it’s in place for spring breakers. There is a quiet time, 9pm to 8am so if you’re a partying group of people you need to come into the house at that time. This isn’t the house policy, this is a county policy. Rules within the home are like I said strict and you must abide by them or risk being charged money. You will be charged a $500 security deposit upon your arrival. I will include pictures of the rules so you know what to expect. This was the perfect place for our family of 5 and our son loved it and cried when we were leaving. Make sure you don’t move furniture, clean up after yourself and make sure all dishes are placed in the dishwasher before you leave. if you smoke you will be charged $25 for each butt you leave behind so don’t smoke. Overall this was a 10 out of 10 for location and cleanliness. Will stay here again. Lastly you are in doordash’s delivery zone which is a bonus. If you get an chance to sty here do it.
