Los huespedes bastantes parejas de gente muy bebedora. Fea imagen y alli sentados todo el dia. Con mis niños fue dificil muy alcholizados. El wifi pesimo. Y no habia lugar para estacionar como decian

Amazing little property! The location was perfect. Access to both the intercoastal and the Gulf within steps. Beautifully decorated and reasonably priced! The staff were amazing and took care of us throughout our stay.

My wife and I were very satisfied. The room and location exceeded our expectations. The staff was great and we highly recommend the hotel. We will definitely use on our next trip to the area!

You ever come across something so special that you hesitate to share it with others because you just want to keep it for yourself? This is that place. Old school beachy motel in a prime location, exceptionally clean, amazing views, and staff that make you feel like family (here’s looking at you Diane😀). Sand Vista will always be our first choice from here on out, just as it now is for many others based on their reviews! A true gem.

Bed was a little small, but that's personal preference. Was basically perfect.

We didn’t have to bring anything and kept our clothes they furnish everything for us the staff was so friendly they even furnish the chairs for the beach I was just totally amazed at the place I’m coming back next year

We can’t wait to come back to the Sand Vista Motel. The value, exceptional (EXCEPTIONAL) staff, & location were perfect!

staff was absolutely amazing and made us feel like family. Anytime we saw them they talked to us asked if we needed anything and were just over all the most accommodating place I’ve ever stayed. they even had a toy chest full of beach toys, chairs, towels, boogie boards, I mean anything you could want they had it for free for you to use.
