Great location: around few shopping centers within walking distance, public transport stops, fast food places and a park, and on top of that it's not noisy. The apartments are clean, with a view from the window to the yard. Kitchen appliances, a hair dryer, towels, slippers, shower gel are provided. I really liked the lessor - they respond quickly and even on a weekend evening.

There is no stairs in building - only the elevator, so I did not understand what I suppose to do in case of fire.

Good location, of course a bit far from the city centre, but the connection was very good. Fully equipped kitchen, so if you're into cooking, you can do it (we didn't use it much though). Washing machine and the drying rack present, which is a great convenience. Shopping mall just across the street, so you don't have to worry where to buy your breakfast. Really calm neighborhood, it was quiet at night (even though there is a wide street near, there were only 2 crazy motorcyclists during the whole stay, so you can sleep with your windows half-open). Lots of green areas around. Towels and soap provided, enough for the whole stay; hair dryer provided. In the wardrobes there was more than enough space to unpack. Very clean and bright place (even though our apartment had the north window, the sun is rising and setting in the north during summer). May not be really big, but the space is organised very reasonably. Nice and responsive staff. In general it was a good place in a fair price.

The window blind was white, which could be fine during the day, as it was letting the light in, but it may be a curse during the night if a person needs it to be dark to sleep. Plus with the blind down somehow the temperature in the apartment was increasing, so a tip: during the summer leave the window uncovered, so the apartment won't heat. Shower with curtains, no tray, just the lowered floor, very often ended up with water everywhere (however, the mop was there). We had only one electric socket by the bed.

Apartment has everything for preparing your own meals, and is right next to a hypermarket. Great choice for budget conscious travelers. Very comfortable beds. Very quiet - I kept the windows open, and the only sound that slightly bothered us was from seagulls. Sound isolation between apartments is great. Straightforward access and parking. Not very central, bet the transportation networks in Tallinn are very good. You can reach the center, old town, cultural hot-spots or the beach in a 5-15 minutes by car or bicycle.

Some complimentary coffee and a coffee press (or something like it) would be nice.

This is one of the best apartman regarding the price. Very comfortable, cousy and with all things that you need, even more.

The layout of the apartment was good. It was clean and tidy on arrival. There was a lot of storage space. The apartment did not feel overcrowded with furniture. The views out the window were great and the apartment got a lot of natural lighting. The facilities were in great condition. The location is stellar!

The door handles needed tightening. There should be a waste basket for the Bathroom and by the Bed. Would be nice to have 2 kitchen towels, a knife sharpener, and some cooking essentials (salt, pepper, cooking oil).

The location is very good, next to a shopping mall and close to public transport. There are many facilities, such as a dishwasher, laundry machine and oven. The dishwasher pills were provided. Clean, comfortable towels and soap were also provided.

The dishes were not clean when I entered the apartment, however I could clean them using the dishwasher.

The apartment is self contained, which I prefer than a hotel. There is a great supermarket just next door and a mall full of restaurants, including UK recognisable ones if you don't fancy cooking. There are enough pots and pans to easily feed yourself. The towels, bedding and toilet facilities are all clean on arrival and the wifi is great. commuting into the centre of town is a breeze if you own the Bolt app, or a bus is only like 70 pence. I felt like I really lived in Estonia while I stayed there which i Loved

If you want a hotel experience this definitely won't be for you. you'll need to do your own shopping, commute to town and do your own washing etc. I like to "live like the locals" when I stay abroad but if this isn't to your liking there are plenty of great hotels.

The apartment is next to a big shopping mall, and parking is free.

The facility and amenities can be improved. We needed to ask for a drying rack and hangers. The bedrooms need proper curtains; the bright sunshine woke us up at 6 am everyday. More kitchen utensils are necessary.

I didn’t like the electric connection at the bed, there was no plugs at the bed available or it wasn’t near enough

On my request to provide me with drying rack, it was standing next to my door the next day.

One of administrators was ignoring my request to fix the problem with clogged siphon. The water was flooding the bathroom during taking the shower. Administrator has ignored request to provide me with the cleaning tools (rubber brush for bathroom, simple brush for main room) and I didn't have the possibility to make simple clean during two weeks stay. Without rubber brush I should be very carefull not to fall due to slippy floor after each time I take shower. The kitchen is equipped with exhauster, however it is not connected to ventilation channel, so all the cooking smells stay in the room for a long period. The same could be felt from neighbor appartments. The water tap in the kitchen was not fixed well, but nobody cared on that even though I've reported on this twice. The apartment could have been better equipped by having microwave oven, iron, cleaning tools, appropriate covers for the cooking pan.
