Location was great, central to where we needed to be and lots of eating choices.

Not a good place if you have a young child. Door lock was in reach of my two year old including safety latch so he could open both with no problems. This means he had access to driveway any time, I barely slept making sure he didn’t wake up through the night. Stairs dangerous with a toddler, couldn’t block them off. Stair tread overhung near walking area to bathroom and toddler would hit his head each time and I would hit my hip as no room to move. Heavy chest draws that when pulled almost fell on my toddler, had to turn them to face wall for safety. Bathroom very slippery when wet, no decent fan. I fell over and toddler fell and hit head against glass partition. Asked for rooms side by side as had elderly mother travelling with us, this wasn’t accomodated. Single bed was upstairs in loft, room not suitable for young child, dangerous with stairs and access to bathroom throughout the night. Husband had to sleep in the single bed so our son was safe. Single bed isn’t comfortable for adult. Shower had mould in places. Air freshener and cleaning products smelt very strongly on arrival and set of allergens as fragrances where too strong. Step into room was too high for elderly mother as it was 45 cm high.

Great location next to shops and tavern. Good parking outside.

Management guy was a little gruff and short with us - I don't think he liked that we were late checking in or that we checked out very close to the 10 am deadline in the last morning ! Real shame that they have prohibited dogs, even though when we had a dog, she was always left in the car .

Room was well presented Cleanliness of the room was great. Easy after hours check in. Great value Coffee pod machine. Food outlets close.

Not major. However, fan and lock in the bathroom would be ideal for shared situation. Smart TV was off from network. - I think set up issue, no major issues for us.

The rooms and bathroom were very nice. Cleaning service everyday to make the beds and restock the tea, coffee etc.

The location was a bit funny but everything else was awesome.
