Property was clean, well maintained, convenient and comfortable. In more than 20 years of staying on the cape, this is now my favorite.

House was clean and spacious. Shelves in bathrooms were nice to have. Location was good. Split AC unit in stairway was ok and helped keep it cooler - fans in bedrooms were helpful but was still a bit warm on a hot and humid week. Could have used a small saucepan in the kitchen, and the refridgerator/freezer doors were tough to open sometimes. All in all a good place to stay.

The house was lovely. We have friends that live in Eastham and West Yarmouth. This was the furthest down the cape we have ever stayed. It was way to far from Friends with the traffic. Next year we will look for something around Brewster. We weren’t crazy with check in at 4 and out by 10. Thats really a waste of 2 days that we are paying for???

This vacation rental was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. First floor is open concept with a lovely farmer’s porch furnished with outdoor sitting and dining area. Lots of mosquitoes make it a challenge to enjoy after dusk. Kitchen is well stocked with necessary pots, pans and cooking utensils, a coffee station, and washer dryer. We enjoyed the newly built outdoor shower as well as the split AC unit which cooled the house nicely during the 85+ degree weather. Great location with easy access to beach and center of town. This house felt like someone’s home, very comfy.

House was updated with AC and had a great front yard for kids to play. Porch was very relaxing and all the local spots are less than 5min away. My family had a great time! Would rent again.
