I cannot say enough positive things about Flow and our entire experience in Costa Rica! From the moment we booked the house, Grace from Beach management team reached out to us and helped to arrange everything from transportation to and from the airport, ensured the house was stocked with food and essentials upon our arrival, coordinated Jose and his family to make an amazing home cooked meal- it was soooo good, we had the team come back for a second night! Grace helped organize all kinds of activities and was always a message away if and when we reached out! The house was perfectly located, walking distance to the adorable shops, juice bars and restaurants and a short golf cart drive away from the beaches! We were two families with 5 kids among us ranging from 9-12. The kids had a great time in the pool and the house was perfectly suited for all of us; giving us our own privacy as well as adequate room to all hang out together! We arrived to torrential downpours and there was a small leak in the doorway, but the management team had someone there in no time! We were glad that they left bug spray because we used it the first night or two but by the second evening, most of the indoor bugs were gone and we were used to them; being in the jungle it is expected! The neighborhood dogs, Bowie, in particular, are so friendly and protective and we couldn't be happier to have him with us at the beach and walking through the villages. We all loved Flow and Nosara and will be back again

The Flow Main House was a great, quiet, relaxing place for our family in Costa Rica. Communication is excellent with the staff. The house was clean upon arrival and any requests we had were taken care of immediately. We had two families (4 adults and 5 kids ranging from 9-15) and the layout worked perfectly. The pool was nice in the afternoon after the hot beach. Thanks for a great stay!

I’ve been to Guiones many times. This is the first time bringing the kids. We had two families, 4 adults 5 kids ages 7,8,9,10, 11 &12. Everybody had a blast. We were hunkered down in a tropical system for the first several days, but Flow was great to just hang in when we were not out wet-sploring the beach and neighborhood. Perfect size and totally comfortable. Marcos and Grace were available to help at the drop of a hat. I am reluctant to give it such a great review because it’s too good of a secret. My Family and I stayed at FLOW HOUSE for a week and everyone was so kind, helpful and accommodating. There is plenty of space to spread out, my youngest daughter enjoyed the pool and the property manager gave us all kinds of good recommendations and support during our stay. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short, but we so deeply appreciated the help of everyone in this last minute change. It’s such a relief to meet good people who care about your experience and have integrity!

This property exceeded expectations! The layout is brilliantly designed- it gives privacy and quiet to those would like it, leaving the main area available for group fun without disturbing others. The kitchen was amazing and had any possible dish or gadget needed. The pool was lovely - it had a long shallow portion for just wading as well as a deep portion. There were also pool towels available for use. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The locations was perfect - beach, shops and restaurants were a short, lovely walk. Truly the perfect distance. The property managers were also incredibly responsive - when we needed to get another water refill or maintenance was needed - they were on it immediately. They made everything comfortable, relaxing and worry-free. Would LOVE to stay there again. Highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend FLOW as THE place to stay at Nosara!

Beautiful home for family and friends to share, and great for entertaining. Private, clean, and with all the modern amenities you need. Highly recommend hiring Chef Jose for a private dinner at home - the best food we ate in Nosara/Guiones! Thank you to Rick for being such a great host and to Grace and the Property Management team for being so helpful and prompt with all of our concerns before and during our stay. We will be back!

We recently stayed at Flow Villa and it could not have been more perfect for our group. We traveled to Nosara with friends, there were 7 of us all together, three couples plus one additional friend. We were all very comfortable in this house. There are four identical bedrooms, two upstairs and two down. Each has their own bedroom. Honestly, the accommodations were just perfect. The bedrooms are all comfortable, they all have their own bathroom, and they are airconditioned as well. The kitchen, living room, patio, and pool make for great communal hangout spots and Flow is right in the heart of Nosara. It was easy for us to walk anywhere and this allowed for an easy transition between group activities, couple activities, and even solo adventures. The internet was not working during our stay (it was repaired on the last day), but we were okay with that and actually made for a more relaxing trip. There were some ants in the house but honestly, listen, you're in the jungle. This has been true everywhere I've stayed in Nosara. Beyond that, you absolutely must have Graciela come and make dinner for you and your group if you stay here. Her food is incredible, and it's also a great value. We honestly would have had her cater two dinners had we known it was going to be so good. I am saying this having tried most of the upscale restaurants in Nosara and I was a professional chef for 15 years. You won't regret it. At the very least, order her ceviche and guacamole. The house is safe, modern, and truly has all that you'd need. Highly recommended.

Great stay

We absolutely loved our stay at FLOW! We were four couples, each having our own room and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The bed sheets were so soft ensuring everyone slept their best! We rented a golf cart for the two week stay which allowed us to enjoy all that Guiones had to offer. Everything is walkable but being able to get around quickly was great. Highly recommend Limo Dan! Graciela is a chef that will come to cook a meal for you and your guests right at the house. If she is available and you have the opportunity, you MUST! It was the best meal we had on our trip. The ceviche was absolutely incredible! And we had left overs for the next couple days. Great value and such a special evening! Keep in mind she doesn’t accept PayPal so ensure you have the cash to pay. The property was very secure and in the absolute best location - close to everything. The beach is a short 7 min walk. Each room has their own air conditioning unit which was great. The only downside we had was they stopped working on our last few days of vacation and the maintenance manager, although very prompt to respond, wasn’t able to have it fixed. There are fans in the room so at least there was some air flow. Just make for a warmer sleep than expected. Overall, you will not be disappointed with FLOW! We will absolutely return! Many thanks!

FLOW House was the perfect home for our visit to Playa Guiones. The pictures do not do the property justice - the home and surrounding property is absolutely beautiful! Nicely tucked away on a super quiet street and backed up to the jungle, the home was great to come home to every day after several hours in the surf (we were blessed with head-high surf our entire stay!). The pool proved to be a great place to unwind and the large patio was where our group of 6 spent the majority of our time. Bedrooms were great and the beds and linens were super comfortable - sun greeted us early (like 5 am) everyday which motivated us to hit the surf early and gave us time to do other things the rest of the day. Plenty of outdoor surfboard racks for us and an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand and salt - essential! The internet was our only complaint as it tended to be on the slow side but any issues were quickly attended to by management - but hey, we're on vacation so, internet was really the least of our worries. The kitchen was well stocked with all pots, pans, and utensils. So, FLOW House ended up being a terrific property and there will be no hesitation in looking to book the place next year when we return. The home itself made our stay a nice one, however, it was something, or rather someone, that made our stay PERFECT. We have to give a huge thank you to our concierge, Luz, who worked to ensure we had the best stay possible. She contacted me almost immediately after booking the property to find out the details of our visit and our groups needs. We ended up hiring a chef for our arrival (her recommendation) and were greeted with fantastic local food. Luz provided information on local activities, transportation, restaurants, bars, etc., etc. She was our go-to person on anything local and made herself available to quickly answer any questions and attend to our needs. She has such a wonderful spirit and personality that our entire group instantly felt like her friend. Our group was truly honored to meet Luz and so thankful for her. FLOW House is in the best hands with Luz - she truly cares about the property she takes care of and takes great attention to be sure the home is top-notch. I will say that all the folks who work to maintain the property were fantastic and friendly. We can't wait to return to Playa Guiones, FLOW House, and our friend - Luz!

This home exceeded our family's expectations. It is so comfortable, beautiful, and in such a wonderful location. We really enjoyed our stay. Riding bikes around Nosara was really enjoyable as well. Tuesday evenings at the Gilded Iguana there is live music and great food deals. We also enjoyed 10 Pies for pizza and salads. The mini super down the street had a good selection of food and drinks - and we especially enjoyed the fresh baked banana bread each morning. You will love this home and Luz is such a great contact and help. I hope to come back!

We had an amazing stay at FLOW villa. There were 8 of us and we never felt cramped. It was an easy walk into town and to surfing. Perfect location and perfect stay. Can't wait to do it again.

We loved every minute of our time at Flow! The home is beautiful, the pool is perfect, the beds were comfortable and there’s bathrooms everywhere! We really appreciated the shallow shelf in the pool. It was great for our two kids (2&4). It was a little nerve wracking having the bedrooms all with outdoor access. We put our kids in a bottom floor room and locked the door at night so there was no danger of anyone wandering out to the pool so it was manageable. We also appreciated the bikes and beach chairs! Ample dishes and cookware! The washer/dryer! All in all awesome! Luz was very kind and helpful too! Thanks Luz!

We had an amazing time staying at FLOW. We stayed in the F house. My husband and I, our 4 kids and grandparents!!! We were so central to great restaurants, shops and the beach is also not very far. We rode bike that’s the house provided most mornings to the beach with our surfboards in hand. The pool is great to lounge mid day after the morning at the beach. You get the perfect amount of shade and sunshine. Super private as the jungle is in your back yard. We heard and saw the monkeys, iguanas etc. It was awesome! The 4 guest rooms are all accessible from the pool so it’s a great set up for even couples!!!! It worked even with our young family of 4 kids 6 and under. We cant wait to go back and stay at casa FLOW!! The management was great with any needs or request. The chef they recommended was wonderful. She worked hand in hand with her husband cooking delicious Costa Rican meals (as we requested) and they even cooked up a bunch of fish we caught one night. The set up and thought that went into these homes was awesome. We would love to go back with an extension of our family as they could stay in another house but on the same property! Genius!!!!!! Pura Vida!
