Beautifully decorated, bright and airy. The house has the perfect combination of open family space and private. 11 mins to beach access #2, which is our fav. part of siesta key beach. The backyard was paradise, the only thing missing was my own personal waiter making me drinks! The neighborhood is wonderfully quant and quiet. This is a wonderful vacation home, I look forward to returning.

Lots of issues, but still had fun. We had to contact maintenance multiple times for various things. The small refrigerator didn't work, the washing machine was broken and leaking water, and on our very last night the smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night. Every time we reported it we were told someone was coming to fix it. The only thing that ended up getting fixed was the small refrigerator. So suffice to say, there were a few minor issues. For the higher cost, the house is showing some wear, i.e. toilet paper hangars were hanging off the wall, beach towels were rough, dishwasher didn't work great, etc. Location to town was great, we never had to drive. Pool area was nice, we definitely enjoyed it.

This property was fantastic. Well-appointed, spacious, and close to Siesta Key Village.

We had an amazing stay on Siesta Key and loved our home base, Siesta Soul. The house is very spacious and was perfect for the 7of us, ages 11months to 76. The house and pool are lovely and the house is located just steps from Siesta Village and a short walk from the beach. The management company was great and even had birthday cupcakes for my 70th awaiting our arrival! Siesta Soul was wonderful find!!

Our family absolutely loved this property. The home is beautiful, well kept, the kitchen included everything we could have needed, pool and back yard were absolutely gorgeous, walking distance to beach/shops/food, easy check-in, responsive property management and overall, they went above and beyond to welcome us and feel at home.

Upon checkin the door code would not let us In. We called they gave us garage code so we could enter and immediately sent someone out to look at it and gave us a new code. Very prompt which is important when you want to start vacay mode!! Would highly recommend!!

The house was lovely, even better than the pictures. Location is was great, near restuarants, shopping and beach. Pool was amazing. Great beach supplies at house too. We made great use of them. Family loved the place!

Plenty of room for family. The pool was wonderful for lounging with the grandkids. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware. The only improvement I could see is another bathroom on the top floor. The third bathroom is actually next to the kitchen with access to the outside, which is in itself a great feature.

We have been staying at this house since 2016 and have been back four times. It is a beautiful house with an awesome backyard pool area. It's super close to the village and a short walk to a less crowded area of the beach. The new property management company was easy to deal with and even helped reunite us with air pods and phone charger that were left behind. We also appreciated the new keyless entry system on the front door. We will not be back to this property. The price has more than quadrupled in the 6 years we have been staying here. This is truly ridiculous price-gouging and this house is not worth this amount. The beds have not been replaced since we started staying here in 2016 and they are ALL very uncomfortable, hard and noisy when you turn over. They haven't even tried to compensate with a mattress topper. I recommend that property management sleep in a bed for one night to see what I'm talking about. Vacation should be restful and that is hard to get here. Also they should put two beds in the upstairs bedroom and lose the tv. We always have someone who needs their own bed so it does make it difficult to sleep 8 comfortably. This house is screaming for a kid room with bunk beds.Other suggestions include more hooks everywhere. There are few places to hang towels and wet bathing suits. There are no hooks in the bathroom off the pool. The shade canopy provided is not enough for 8 people to spend the day at the beach and not get burned. I would have sent new umbrellas ahead of our stay this year had I known this. You can maybe fit 3 people in the shade it provides, shoulder to shoulder. Better floats for the pool would also be appreciated. The ones there look like leftover cheapies from past tenants. One popped on us after using it for 10 minutes. If the price were fair and they got new beds, we would definitely be back. Sleep is everything on vacation and I won’t waste another sleepless night in this house.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing; we enjoyed every minute spent at the house, the beach and village.

The property was even more amazing that we expected from the online listing. The space was bright and clean. Everything we needed for our beach days was available for use including a handy beach wagon. The backyard pool and seating area was relaxing and spacious. The location was perfect! Only a short walk to the village and the beautiful white sand Siesta Key beaches! We would highly recommend this property and any property managed by The Cottages on the Key!

Everything is set up perfect at this house. Best place I have stayed at on the key.

The house was nice but there was water damage from a previous storm. We were not told about the damage until the day before our arrival and they did not offer to put us up anywhere else. We were unable to use the closets in two of the bedrooms because of the water damage. They had the closets taped off with plastic and towels on the floor in front of the doors. There was mold in one of the bedrooms that worsened during our stay. A vent kept leaking a little water near the stairway by the master bedroom so we had to keep wiping it up or risk slipping and falling down the stairs. Two ceiling fans in two bedrooms didn't work but they did buy two oscillating fans for us after we complained. They are giving us a small refund back but the price to rent this house was not cheap by any means so we expected the house to be in much better condition for our stay.

We had a blast and the location could not have been more perfect! The house is so nice and has everything you could need for the beach! Just a two minute walk to the village and about a five minute walk to the beach. I will definitely stay here again!!

This house was gorgeous!! The house is large, clean, in a convenient location to easily access the restaurants, bars, shops of Siesta Key and also the beach. The Master Bedroom and bathroom were breathtaking with a private screened in balcony. The private pool was perfect to do laps or lounge around and the house has fully stocked towels and floaties and activities. I can't say enough great things to do this property justice. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Siesta Key in a group with friends or with family. We were there for a little under a week for a wedding and it was perfect for our group of 6. There was an extra bedroom you could fit 2 more people but 6 was perfect with the 3 bathrooms.Check in was very easy with a lockbox code. We rented this property and enjoyed every minute of it. The house was amazing, we almost did not want to go outside. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was awesome. If you are looking for a place at Siesta Key Beach and this property fits your budget, do not look for anything else. You will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay in Siesta Key at this beautiful home! It was perfect for the 4 couples. Large and with lots of seating and great amenities. We loved the large back porch and pool area. We walked everywhere to bars, beach, shops and restaurants! We will definitely stay here again.
