This property is so clean, comfortable and well appointed. It’s in a great location and has the best views!! We loved having the garage access, a washer and dryer to use, and of course the pool and hot tub. Our kids also really enjoyed the board games at the house. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the extra towels as well. We would absolutely go back to this awesome house!! The trail guides and parking pass were a huge bonus as well!!

The home is as described if not even better. It was one of the most well appointed homes we've ever rented, from utensils to appliances (large and small) to furnishings, linens, and artwork. Four of us stayed there and we were all equally impressed, regretting only that we did not have more time to spend in Sedona and to take advantage of the home we'd rented (hot tub, swimming pool, fireplace, conversation areas indoors and out). Entry was simple and departure as well. Would love to return.

Property was in an excellent location with spectacular views and the home was clean and beautiful designed. I woke up in the middle of the night and i felt like i was walking through a castle.

If I could rate the House and Sedona.org a Perfect 10 I would. The House was Exactly as shown, it was impeccably clean and the location was fantastic (close to all things we wanted to experience in Sedona). Sitting outside in the evening watching the sunset drop over the rocks was magical. And after a long day of sightseeing to be able to sit by the pool and relax with a glass of wine was fabulous!! If you need a 3 bedroom home in Sedona, this is it!!!

We took our two children and two grandchildren on fall break to see the Grand Canyon. This home was perfect! The location was perfect! We were able to take hikes, see all the sights, eat well and have time to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The view is incredible! A pinch yourself moment!

House was stunning! Clean! Fully supplied!! I had to pay extra to get the pool heated and when I arrived the pool was cold.. I called the contact number left a message never got a call back. I also messaged the host here on Vrbo and never received a response. Very disappointed

Great house and centrally located to lots of shopping and restaurants. Was wonderful to have a pool after a day of exploring the red rocks and Grand Canyon. Did have one issue that was quickly remedied. Would stay here again.

We were very pleased with this home. Everything is quite updated and meticulous! The views are second to none from every corner of the home. The house was extremely clean and organized. The furniture was very comfortable and made you feel at home. The outdoor spaces were amazing as well. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this property.

This was a pivot sadly from our canceled trip to Maui but this was so beautiful nobody felt sad! We had such a lovely time from kayaking to jeeping- the views from this property were stunningly beautiful! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and had a lovely dinner around the fire pit table and stargazed! This place was large enough for everyone to have their own space and was very comfortable - I don’t think they’ll stop raving about the comfort of the bed in the master suite😀

Our family, 2 parents and 2 adult children, spent our annul family vacation at this wonderful house. From swimming in the pool everyday, shopping and dinner in town, then back to the house for either movie night or games, it was perfect! This home had everything we could need - lots of notes around to answer any questions, large kitchen, private bedrooms and amazing views. My favorite part of the day was my morning coffee and watching the sun rise over those stunning cliffs. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. I recommend dinner at Mariposa. Eat out on the porch and enjoy the view.

We loved this house and all of the amenities. The location was close to many trails and places of interest and the view of the mountains were breathtaking. We enjoyed all of the modern amenities and complete kitchen (lots of small appliances here to make just about anything). The rooms were comfortable and the pool was so refreshing during the heat. We received a discount due to some construction happening behind the house, but it was only noisy for about an hour during our week stay. The hosts were communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. The house was beautiful! Side patio and pool had amazing views! The location was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and not busy at all. The star gazing off the patio deck is a must! The house had everything we needed. We loved having the hot tub. The pool was chillier than we expected. We are from Houston so we assumed the pool would be hot enough haha! The soothing fountain was amazing to listen to during the day and the night. The house is spacious and we loved having two different areas to watch tv with great couches since we had two teens with us. I utilized every space the house had to offer. The host does an amazing job of the vibe in the house. It’s so organized, clean and not cluttered at all. There were towels, blankets, a box fan, and plenty of pillows. The complimentary starters they give you was plenty for our 6 day stay with four people. Take advantage of the kitchen! The restaurants can have some nice views but the food is overpriced. Stock up on groceries and enjoy this amazing property. We did an apex helicopter tour, visited the Wolf Sanctuary, hiked, visited the Chapel of the Holy Cross and hiked. Everything was so close! Check out the store down on the corner for your aura reading. Thanks for proving so much helpful information. This was a trip to relax, enjoy family time and see the beauty Sedona has to offer. We could not ask for anything more in a home for our Sedona vacation. From the pool to the views to the great amenities. 5 Star all around. Being form the south we are used to humid conditions. May we suggest humidifiers in the bedrooms guests could use :)

The best part of this house is the view from the Living room and primary bedroom. Beautiful sunrise location. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Location is very convenient for hiking, shopping and easy drive to lots of restaurants. We were there in the winter and appreciated the fire place and the hot tub.

Family of 5 traveling from Florida and looking for a nice holiday break. Spent alot of time hemming and hawing over which home in the area to select and boy, did we hit a home run. The house is beautiful and well-stocked, with a stunning living room view and an incredible porch area for star watching. Neighborhood was quiet, low traffic, and perfectly positioned between activities in Sedona proper and Oak Creek Village. We were literally minutes from gorgeous hiking trails, golf, the restaurants of Sedona, and everything else you'd want to enjoy. Bedrooms/kitchen/laundry/bathrooms were all super clean and well-appointed. One of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed in. Thanks so much to the owners for sharing their home for what ended up a perfect Thanksgiving getaway.

This is a beautiful house, with a wonderful view. The house was very clean and very well stocked. We cooked a lot and had everything we needed. The front living room has an unfortunate built in entertainment center that blocks the view, but otherwise the view and grounds are great. The hot tub did not work and that was a disappointment. Other reviewers have mentioned this as well.

Absolutely beautiful home with many thoughtful amenities. Conveniently located - very easy to walk, bike, or drive to most Sedona locations. Home was spacious - even more so than the pictures made it seem which isn't always the case. Private hot tub and pool were fantastic. Garage parking is a huge plus. Enjoying breakfast while watching the sun rise over the mountains was a treat to start each day. Moon gazing through the panoramic windows was a calming way to close each evening. Really a wonderful option for a relaxed, luxurious, and flexible time in Sedona. Only one complaint: the bed in the master bedroom was awful - the softest, sinking, unsupportive bed I've ever encountered in a VRBO type rental or other lodging. Tried it out one night, woke up with terrible back pain and had to switch to one of the smaller bedrooms for the rest of the stay. Too bad since the master suite is beautiful and spacious with a wonderful attached bath with double vanity and double shower. If we had more travelers with us who were using the other bedrooms, I'd probably have ended up on the floor or couch instead of sleeping in the master bed another night. Even my wife, who prefers a much softer bed than myself, hated it. I get that the home owner probably loves the bed and picked it for their use. Anyone who doesn't do well on a extremely soft mattress though, should be aware of the bed situation.

This property exceeded your expectations in every way. It was spacious, clean, modern, had wonderful outdoor spaces, and amazing views of the red rocks. We would come back in an instant.

This property met my expectations. I don’t think we could’ve picked a better spot to stay in Sedona. After exploring the surrounding areas, I feel glad that we ended up where we did. The views are amazing from this property. Everything is very clean and well appointed. We were extremely impressed with the property. The hot tub heats up very quickly and was quite nice in the evening. Overall the stay was perfect. And this home is superb.

Sedona Spectacular did not disappoint! Fantastic home. Very comfortable and wonderful views. Centrally located with multiple hiking trails close by. Sedona should be on everyone’s travel itinerary and this home should be on everyone’s Sedona lodging list. Very well appointed inside and out. Kitchen was fully stocked and needed nothing. TV’s in every room (if that’s your jam), bedrooms were well equipped with comfortable beds and bathrooms were very nice. Home was extremely clean and fresh. All the furniture was quality and reasonably new. Nothing worn, torn or stained. It is clear the owner’s take much pride in owning this home. Adequate number of towels including separate towels for the pool / spa. The home included a washer and dryer (newer Maytag models) which we used as needed. Communication with the host company was great with no issues. Check-in was smooth and the keypad on the front door worked as expected. Overall, our stay was a “10” as was this wonderful home. I would certainly return in the future and rent again.

Photos and descriptions are accurate - beautiful home with everything needed for a lovely and relaxing stay in Sedona! Spacious and well-appointed. Very nice kitchen for cooking and gas grill for BBQs. And the view! SPECTACULAR!!! I highly recommend :) After Labor Day, I would heat the pool.
