This condo has the most beautiful view! The balcony was very enjoyable to sit on! We’ve stayed at Majestic Sun many times in the past, such a great location! Only thing I could possibly complain about are the beds being uncomfortable and squeaky when you make the tiniest movement, could also use new pots & pan set. Would stay here again for the view and location!

The condo was very nice !!! Our problem was the unit was not cleaned when we got there.
Come to find out, the previous people checked out, But they came back and spent the night. Not the Owners fault or the Cleaners fault, but it stunk for Us !!!

The stay was perfect to celebrate my daughter sweet 16 at the beach.. beachfront unit, clean, spacious, washer and dryer and the beach chairs were all so convenient. We enjoyed our stay!

402a Majestic Sun
Great kitchen and view. Master bedroom mattress needs replacing, one dining table chair needs maintenance, and a hallway light is out. Overall the condo was very nice.

Very Clean but outdated
The unit was nice & clean, but it is a bit outdated. The blankets on the bed need to be replaced as they are very flimsy ( clean but flimsy) master bedroom bed is very squeaky and I was the only one in the bed. Mold in master bathroom by the vents. It’s time the owners but some $$ in the unit.

Great view. We loved the balcony. Great air conditioning. So glad we brought extra trash bags from TN and Hand soap. There was zero hand soap in kitchen or the 2 bathrooms. Beds were comfy…..it is a long ish (for older people) to the beach to hangout. But overall. No bugs, no dirty stuff…..buttttt. The white towels were stained, prob time to throw them away and get new ones. Also there is throw up looking stains on the cushions in the sofa sleeper. So we needed up not suing sleeper sofa bc of that.
All an all. Good spot. But long long walk to even the car.
