Cute beach cottage. Perfect size for 2-4. It no longer has a screened porch so it would be nice if there was a screen door on front so that the front door could stay open when weather permits.

This house/property on Edisto was nothing but perfect! I can’t say enough about it. It was across the street from the beach. And with having 2 small kids, this house was equipped with everything the kids could want to play with inside and outside! This has been our favorite rental so far on Edisto and we will most definitely be back!

This little cottage is a sweet jewel to experience. Has everything you need, just need to bring your towels and linens. Location is great, with the beach a minute walk across the street. The point of contact, Gabrielle, is the gracious "Lady of the House." She makes sure you have everything you need beforehand to make your arrival smooth and seamless. She is very responsive to all communications and is a pleasure to work with. I just have one cautionary warning for guests upon arrival, especially after dark. When coming up the front steps and walking onto the open deck, as you move toward the covered deck on the front porch, watch your feet and be prepared for the floor to raise two to three inches. We arrived after sunset and did not expect the step up (there is not reflective paint or tape on the ledge). I tripped and ended up in a heap on the floor. Thankfully, I only sustained bruises on my arms and legs, but do realize it could be a more serious fall for someone else. I am certain the owners will remedy the issue once they are aware of the hazard. Minimally a motion floodlight should be installed for new arrivals and reflective paint or tape on the ledge. Still giving five stars!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was equipped with everything we needed plus some. My 2 little boys LOVED the toy chest and books. House was very clean and we loved the coziness of it. We would love to come back and stay again.

Great place right near the beach for Edisto Beach days. Have a place so was used for brother and wife. Great to have golf cart to use and place was clean and right on the main drag. Would use again.

This was the perfect place to stay for a small family. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing week in Edisto. Our two-year-old loved eating breakfast on the porch and the chest full of toys in the bedroom. It was a very short walk to the beach access across the street. We have already booked a week next summer.

“No Saints” was the perfect beach getaway for me and my husband. Great location, very comfortable queen bed and large L shaped couch in the living room. We loved sitting on the front porch at night. Kitchen had everything we needed. House was very clean. We loved it so much, we already booked a week next summer. Gabrielle was great and answered all my questions.

Had a wonderful and relaxing visit! House is so beachy and cute. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch and being close to the beach! Everything was clean and there was a well stocked kitchen for cooking. We really enjoyed the neighborhood Happie Truck that came by selling ice cream and boiled peanuts! Would definitely come back again for another visit!

We so enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and the house was peaceful and relaxing. We particularly appreciated how child-proofed everything was. It was a luxury to stay in a place that was ready for our toddler! The rest of the house was perfectly appointed and well thought-out. We can't wait to come back!

House was cut, clean and had everything we needed. The surprise was that they had converted the enclose porch to an open one. Nice for coffee in the morning and drinks and a game of gin rummy in the afternoon. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would return in the future. Jane and Bill

We loved our stay in Edisto Beach. The cottage was so cute and a very short walk to the beach! We had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The owner, Gabrielle, was so nice and accommodating. She was very quick to respond to our questions and the reservation process was seamless. We stayed for 10 days but that still wasn't enough! We'll be back!

We enjoyed staying on Edisto Island for the month of February. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. We discovered many wonderful bird watching areas and it is conveniently located to easily visit Savannah, Beaufort and Charleston. It was also wonderful to have such easy beach access.

This was our first trip to Edisto and our 3 year old's first beach trip. The house had everything we needed and was located directly across from a beach access. The house was ready for our little one with children's dishware, a child sized picnic table, books, games and especially beach toys. Our little one loved the push car (her car!) and we loved having use of the golf cart. Gabby was so responsive in helping with an overnight shipment of our daughter's medication. She even followed up to make sure everything arrived safely. I would say our only complaint was the presence of sand burrs, which made for a challenging time with our kiddo running around. Beautiful sunsets, perfect weather and dolphin sightings definitely outweighed these little nuisances.

We had a wonderful time and didn’t want our stay to be over! This spot was perfect for our family of 4 with an infant and toddler. It is very child friendly, and there was even a trunk of toys for our boys to play with! It is a quick walk to the beach access point, which was super convenient. We did have a couple minor issues during our stay, but Gabby was very quick to respond and help take care of us. Definitely recommend for a family with small children or intimate group.

My husband and I really enjoyed the little farm house, what a cute place! Kristine is amazing, what a great host! When we arrived, she not only showed us around, but also welcomed us with a freshly baked loaf of warm bread! And there were fresh eggs and milk in the fridge as well. What a treat! The farm is very tranquil, but close enough to all the vineyards, Los Olivos, Solvang and Ballard. We had a great time, and we'll definitely be back. Anja & Carl

We had fun on the beach, riding bikes all over the island and kayaking in the water ways. If you love to fish, this is the place to be. Definitely will return of another visit.

We had a very nice stay. The house was perfect for our family of four. It was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The screened porch with rocking chairs was a perfect spot for coffee in the mornings to watch the sun rise. The owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our messages. We would absolutely rent this house again. We had family photos taken at Botany Bay while there and I would highly recommend doing that also!

Cute, cozy, and comfortable. Close to beach and great screened porch with breeze. Nice old beach style and comfortable sofa and beds. We enjoyed our week. Would recommend to anyone wanting to kick back and live away from the hectic world in an early style beach house.

nice but could have used hooks in bath for towels and in bedrooms .... mirrors in bedrooms----backdoor unusable....wagon was helpful but wheels are going... really need this to get to the beach with chairs etc. enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come back next spring
