The condition of the room...the room was dirty with old dead bugs and roaches!!!

I did not see any breakfast that was serve nor coffee I did not see any spot were these were to be serve or table I did not stick around for it or bother to ask

Place needs to be clean up bed sheet are not clean spots on them , no soap in hand ,bedroom smell bed it’s old and uncomfortable back hurts now not a very good place unless you are looking for a rat nest then this is your place and for the price you pay for what you get

Had made reservations for $70 stay but was charged $85 instead. Showed proof in front of previous customer who changed his mind and walked out because he witnessed the discriminatory behavior. I went to work on the second morning of my stay to come back to a lock on my door and was asked if I paid? I also was told that my iD was fake. I should have taken a video of the treatment I received was unbelievable.

All together a very uncomfortable experience, I would never come back here. I guess maybe that was the point. Other tenants who I guess stayed long term, I over heard using racial derogatory slur’s over and over again.

they overbooked so they changed our room- one of the staff members must have been living in the room. no joke. the room was not cleaned, prescription pills on the table, dirty jeans on the couch, dirty bathroom, clothes everywhere, half eaten food in the mini fridge. they literally told us to not touch the computer and just leave things where they were. they also said they only had one key but “don’t worry, nobody will come in”. I’ve stayed in some shady-ish places, and I’m pretty easy going, but this was over the line. we drove all the way back home without staying. even the offices were horrendous and when they opened the doors to the back you could see into a kitchen that looked like a hoarder house. scary scenario all around.

Bed bugs fleas cockroachs every room!

The lady at the front desk was very sweet as was the man I believe was her husband.

It honestly would’ve made a great set for a horror movie. There were flies buzzing around in the check-in area with some old fruit in a basket. They gave us a room that obviously was never cleaned and my husband was just through at that time. I believe if you are able you really need to send somebody from your company to check that place out.

Rooms were musty smelling. Tv did not work. Graffiti on the walls. Pool was empty and cracked. Refrigerator was dirty. Burn mark on comforter.

Rooms came out with bitrs on them, and they wouldn't acknowledge They have bed bugs but continue to rent rooms without treating them. Disgusting. Those who rented those rooms they wouldn't pay for laundry. Shame onbthe board of health!

Filthy. No hot water, no toilet paper. One mattress wrapped in plastic, one barely had sheets on if. Definitely afraid of bedbugs. Owner’s live behind the office i think, looked very crowded/hoardish back there. The rooms were so gross lol

It was clean and quite one of the beds were broken in the room other then that. Everything else was perfect my boyfriend has been there 3 years he recommended to me and my girlfriend ..
