It's not a hotel at all. The rooms are very small. The staff is really polite but owner is too rude. Don't show it as hotel. It is clearly a cube type property

Room size is too small. The washroom is public and it's too expensive in that sense.

The location is in downtown which i like it The price is cheap but the room just for one person and not enough space to do many things It was near to bus stations which i liked it It's so quiet

There are only 2 bathrooms for the whole hotel Which in my experience was nice because never met ppl vacancy it in meanwhile

The room is supper cold !!!!!! The temperature show outside 60 degrees fahrenheit and the room temperature are show 70 Fahrenheit 😡 and the blanket they gave you is about half of cm thin plus been washed million time already in the past and can't be use and keep warm anymore!!! I really can't think of it in Chicago who will run a hotel BnB without a heater during the autumn time !!! Also the the room and the corridor so stink of strong cigarette make me feel sick at the end of my 5 days stay and the room wall is supper supper you can hear everything single thing the next door said and can even hear they fart can you really believe it !? If you have no problems all the things above I said good luck to you!!! Not worth the money for $100 a night !!! And ready not recommended

located near CTA station and along Michigan Ave.

Only 2 bathrooms for all residents to use! made worst by the fact that shower & toilet are together within same area. I would not recommend for people looking for accommodation for the purpose of Chicago marathon.

Too small too dirty

The WiFi was the only good part of this stay

Bathrooms were horrendously filthy, rooms were very noisy and smelled like cigarette smoke.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff did a great job accommodating my late arrival time and made the check in process easy.

I like everything about this hotel. I could see staying here again in the future

In the shared kitchen, no filter papers making the cooffee machine unusable while I was there.

Great concept done badly. Get some slippers as you dont want to be barefoot in the bathroom.

The location was central and close to the convention center. It was fairly easy to access the room. It looked well maintained for what it was. It could be nice for backpackers or a group of tourists without much luggage.

After a long day and a flight, I was ready to hit the hay, but when I opened the door of the room/pod the noise coming from the HVAC system was deafening. I called the contact line for service, but after about 30 minutes in the room, and without any comfortable furniture to rest in the "shared space", I gave up and booked another hotel. Someone did arrive to help, but I was already on my way out. It turns out the room exhaust fan was turned to max, and I could've turned it off myself had some instruction been provided (another guest clued me into this tip on my way out, said it had kept him up for a whole night before he figured it out). The room was also too small for me to open my standard sized suitcase without putting it on the bed.
