Better wi fi. Folks working had to go somewhere else. Cleaner porch and patio floors and cushions. Pool service before arrival.

This house was perfect for our long weekend family vacation. We wish we could stay a week so we could have enjoyed all this rental has to offer. The neighbors who were out for a walk were friendly and welcoming. This home had one of the most well equipped kitchens. The location was great....just a short shaded walk under a beautiful old oak hammock to the pier for shopping and restaurants. The beds were super comfortable. I can't think of one thing that needs improving except the listing said there was "coin operated laundry" but no coins needed. :)

The house was absolutely amazing! Just like the pictures. Check in process was extremely easy and they accommodated our early check in. A few blocks from all that St. Simons has to offer. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked and the home was extremely clean! Thank you for being a great host!

We’ve been to St. Simon’s a handful of times and it has become our kids’ favorite destination. We enjoy staying someplace close to the shops and restaurants so we can walk to everything. The location is fantastic with the many amenities St. Simon’s has to offer all within walking distance. The house was spacious enough for our 3 kids, plus the in-laws. The pool was very nice, seemed newer and it was a comfortable temperature; newer lounge chairs in the pool area as well. The home is surrounded by the beautiful oak trees and just across from a park with a playground. There were beach toys and chairs available as well. When we pulled up to the house you can tell immediately that it was dated, the front door was absolutely disgusting and dirty with a finicky lock that didn’t exactly provide a welcoming entrance. As soon as I opened the door the first thing I could see was filth on the wall. I get it people are checking in and out all summer I’m sure it gets beat up but a magic eraser would do wonders. There were updates to the home but corners were definitely cut. The bathroom on the first floor has a nice hole in the ceiling. The furniture both inside and outside was covered in filth. I sat down very few times because I literally couldn’t find anyplace clean to sit and relax other than the resin pool chairs. If you didn’t want the bottom of your feet to be black you had to walk around the house in shoes. There were parades of ants in the kitchen and roaches too!

My friends and I had an wonderful MDW at this property. The weather wasn't up to pay but it didn't bother us as this house offered plenty of covered/screened in seating areas for us to enjoy our company. Will be booking again.

My family and I rented this property due to a high school graduation we all had to attend. The house is beautiful and the pool was an added plus. Very cozy. The only problems we had is that in one of the rooms upstairs, the light flickered on and off a lot but that could have been due to the weather. The pool never heated for us but in all fairness, my family and I were not sure how to operate the heating capability. I’m looking forward to booking this property again. We all really enjoyed ourselves and the property is amazingly beautiful!

Property was very nice. My family enjoyed the pool and all the space to accommodate seven people easily. We did experience a maintenance issue during our stay. Property management responded but the issue with the light and ceiling fan was not able to be corrected.

This house was wonderful for our family getaway. The location was amazing. The house was clean, comfortable, had a great screened in porch which was nice because the weather was lovely. Thank you for opening your home to us! We look forward to coming back.

The house was very clean & felt very large for 3 generations of family. We had ample room, very well stocked kitchen. Beautiful backyard, really enjoyed the screened patio, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants & shops - about 5 minutes/ .3 miles to Barbara Jeans, for example, which is central on the main restaurant/shops area. Communication with the property manager could have been better - I had talked with someone & requested some information about 3 weeks out from the trip & they just didn’t call back. I also called several times in the 24 hrs before check in to request getting in a little early (2-3pm instead of 4pm) they were not super helpful. 24 hrs before response: “that might be possible - please call back tomorrow, but I’ll put in a request & let my manager know”. Called back day of at noon: “I’ll let my manager know, feel free to call back a little later, I don’t mind at all” call back at 1:30 to see if we could at least park in the driveway: “I’ll let my manager know” and then no call back. Meanwhile, each family drove by the property & no one was there. Given that the unit was not occupied before our stay, it was rather annoying. I’ve stayed in plenty of vacation rentals & not experienced this. Being able to get in at 2pm or so would have gone a long way to be courteous - it ended up rainy at 4pm when we had to carry our things in (3 families) I’d give the management company a lower score, but give the house a 5 stars.

Not only was this place was in an amazing location but it also was a clean and beautiful home. We were walking distance from downtown. This was our first time using Vrbo and it was so easy.

The house is very comfortable the bedrooms are good size especially the master is large with a wonderful master bath. The pool was great. Beautiful backyard.

This house is in an ideal location if you like to be close to shops, restaurants, and things to do. We walked to the pier, the lighthouse, and the nearby park several times. The house itself is great and the stay was very comfortable.

Location, location, location....tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood, minutes walk to the village, restaurants, shopping and to the pier.

Truly a family home with lots of little extras. The screened in porch and beautiful pool were the highlights. Location close to town and large kitchen were added bonuses. Would love to stay here every year!

We love , love, loved this house - the location, heated pool and general layout was perfect for a family vacation. The outdoor space has lots of shade, a screened porch, and ample seating. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We highly recommend!

This home is located about a 5-minute walk from the main strip. We only used our vehicles to go to Winn Dixie. We walked everywhere else. The neighborhood itself was quiet and felt safe.

The house was in a perfect location for us to walk down to the Pier, bike to the beach and enjoy the park. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of 10. We had a little one, younger than 1 yr of age that we could put in a room to nap and not worry about waking her up. We would have liked a larger coffee pot for the amount of people who stayed at the home.

Location of house was very convenient to town. 5 minute drive to beach. Used 6th street access. Beach was great, waves calm and beach not crowded. Suggestion for house, add another bathroom, HVAC had trouble cooling the house and could use a better mattress for beds. The pool and outdoor area was perfect. Loved the kitchen..

Location is great. Could walk everywhere, we only needed a car for groceries and the beach. Upstairs was a bit musty, but not a huge deal. Would consider returning. Thank you for great week.

This house was beautiful. Bigger than expected. It’s walking distance from restaurants and the beach. We spent the majority of our time in the pool and in the backyard. Would definitely book the house again!

We had a great week. We had boys ages 18 to 15. The pool was wonderful, the porches were great. There were so many places to hang out. The master bedroom is beautiful and the location to town and the park were ideal. Perfect week! Highly recommend !

We stayed here for two weeks with another couple and found the house to be perfect! Three of us work from home and the Wi-Fi accommodated everyone. We were walking distance to town which had a multiple of restaurants as well as a walkway along the water. The beach was a short drive away with ample parking. The house was clean, that’s comfortable.
