Great location quiet and everything you could ask for for a lovely break away

The chalet is positioned with fields behind and beautiful views over the valley from the decking. Everything we needed for our stay was included as described and we felt very relaxed.

The property was such a great location to visit my daughter in Carmarthen. Lovely to find a place that accepts dogs.

The accomada9tion was clean and comfortable the staff were great When they found it was my birthday they gave me bottle wine which was a lovely surprise Ken was a fantastic host

Location - peaceful and close to great beach and little town

The accommodation is in need of a bit of a smartening up - felt dated and a tad shabby

The freedom...the views....the peace and quiet

A little bit dated

The property was very clean, basic but quite pleasant and the pub meal was delicious and very friendly … very dog friendly which was a biggest plus for us and he loved it with all the walks

Nice and quiet location but within short reach of beaches and also Camarthen. Good base for exploring that part of south Wales. Decor was a little bit dated but clean and comfortable and excellent value. It had everything we needed. Owner was very friendly and helpful

Nothing. Shame the pool wasn't open but this was out of the owner's control

The location was suitable as used the site as a base. The actual site was maintained well (grounds) although constant noise from gardeners and maintenance men early in the morning !!

The site - not a lot to entertain you on site. The chalet - SHOCKING !! The whole chalet smelled damp (unused clothes had a smell of damp on them when returned home). The kitchen had a boiler that was so noisy it was really hard to relax in the living area. The bedrooms were fit for purpose but the beds were VERY uncomfortable. The bathroom - OMG where do I start. The bath had been painted to try and hide cracks/chips. The sink was similar and it was worse than a public shower and the booking photos showed a shower cubicle and a separate bath!! No shelf or hooks to hang clothes, towels etc. The passage way had holes in the walls.

The park itself was beautiful lovely Mexican food and a lovely play area for kids

Perfect location for family with young child and dog. Quiet and peaceful. Felt like home from home. Good facilities - area to walk dog, park for children, restaurent/ bar within short walking distance from chalet. Plenty of cleaning supplies left, covid precautions taken. Was shown around chalet by owner. Brilliant wifi.

Gate was missing from fence surrounding chalet, although not a problem if you put the outdoor chairs in the way.

Ken was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome. Lovely location. Cabins would have had a excellent rating if decor was updated. Cabins were clean, bed linen was clean and cabin contained everything we needed. Bar was friendly and welcoming. Would stay again.

Beds were uncomfortable, decor was very dated, cupboards not matching and falling apart, boiling water in kitchen but bathroom sink didn't get hot, shower was OK though. The cabin was however clean so the decor was disappointing.

Everything it was tranquil a real get away from it all the accomodation had fantastic views and had everything you needed and was clean and tidy. The host's were absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful.

Very clean and kid friendly with plenty to do off and on site

Good position. Good views. Reasonably comfortable. Nice, big deck with table and chairs, perfect for sitting out enjoying the views with a glass of wine. Good value for money. Very pleasant owner. We would stay again.

Although generally very clean, the kitchen worktop had a little grease and crumbs on it when we arrived. Two glasses had lipstick on them.

Location was good. Beach was 5 mins away by car. You do need a car to go places. It was lovely at the beach though. We loved the chalet apart from the bits we mentioned.

It's just little things really that would make the stay 10 out of 10. The curtains in the bedrooms are light so if you have kids then they won't be able to sleep so you need black out curtains in there. I wasnt told before we got there that we needed pound coins for the electric. Its a pound each time but it does go quickly. We had to go to the shop which is 15 mins away to get some change. For the price we paid for the chalet we would expect the electric to be included.
