Very nice- worked well for our needs

Quiet and Private outside area on canal. Very Nice heated pool. Nice Tiki Hut for shade as needed.

Very nice property with plenty of room for our family trip. The pool area and dock are great. Close to lots of great places to eat. We would definitely rent this house again!

This place was perfect for our family get together. Had all the kitchen appliances you would need to cook anything. Enjoyed seeing the family of manatees in the back.

House in general is ok but needs some maintenance. Our A/C filter hadn't been changed in months. The pool was supposed to be chilled and did not work. There were ants in the kitchen. Plus the house needed to be recleaned upon check in. It had not been done completely or well. To the credit of the manager, she tried to take care of everything as soon as possible. There is a terrible shortage of help in the Keys. Bring some understanding with you when you visit no matter the island. The location and value were good. We have stayed many years in the Keys and usually paid more. We chose this location due to being pet friendly and in a familiar location.

This property was exactly what we needed and as advertised. The dock length of 60 ft. was great for 2 boats. The privacy around the pool was great! Beth was very responsive to any questions we had. We will absolutely put this on our list for next year. Thanks for a great stay!

We have been going to the keys for 10 years for a family vacation. 4 adults and 4 kids. House was great, nice pool. The only issue is, they only have a TV in the living room, master bedroom and outside in the screened porch. We had 4 kids, so that did create a slight problem. Maybe a TV in the other 2 bedrooms would be nice. The screened porch downstairs was great. All beds were very comfortable. I did need to contact the property manager and got a response shortly after. Publix and Walgreens are within walking distance. Great house overall

We had an amazing stay in Marathon. The house was exactly what our bigger family needed. The beds were super comfy! The kitchen was equipped with anything I needed. We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was and it was in a fantastic location. We docked our boat on the canal and the dock was perfect for coming and going during the day on the boat. Our kids enjoyed the kayaks and we all got plenty of use out of the beautifully maintained pool. We will definitely be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed and was set up very well for our boat. The dock was in great shape and we loved the fish cleaning station and water supply. We also appreciated the downstairs bedroom with easy access to the pool and the screened in patio and the ground floor bedroom were perfect four our two dogs. The upstairs bedrooms all had nice balcony views and everyone enjoyed their stay. The additional fridge in the kitchen and freezer downstairs were also very helpful. We loved the landscaping around the pool and the tiki bar. The close proximity to grocery stores and shops was also nice. We would recommend this house!

It was a really good house, could have used a few things, like more silverware and cleaning supplies but overall it was a really good trip and a house. We were not allowed to use the pool the last day due to the motor breaking as well as the dock lights were not working. Beth was excellent at answering our texts when we had an issue with our smoke detector. The handy man that came, Brett, was excellent and came in a timely manner to fix the smoke detector as well as asked if we needed anything else fixed with the house while he was there. Overall I would stay there again.

We had an amazing time at this house and the Keys. It was perfect for us 4 couples. Everything was exactly as stated in the description. We rented a boat for 3 days which we could dock in canal right at the house. The tiki hut and pool were a hit after a full day in the hot sun. Beth was wonderful!! She was very helpful and responsive to all questions we had. Thank you Beth!! We would highly recommend this house!

Nicely decorated home, beds very comfortable m, large kitchen, enough room for 8 of us. We were close to grocery store, beach and other shops. Able to keep boat at dock, Nice pool area and screened in porch. Highly recommend!

We had a great time for our family reunion in the keys. House was clean and well stocked with plenty of space for everyone. Great location. Would totally stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay. It was nice to boat through the canals. the kayaks, bikes and pool were a great asset. Beth's response time to any questions or requirements was excellent. It would of been nice to have coffee for the first morning, extra staples such as toilet paper, paper towels, and a few spices. We bbq'd almost every nite and enjoyed our dinner in the screened room. Thank you!

Very nice home on a canal, kayaks, paddle board, heated pool, very nice area to hang out in, trees, privacy. The screened in room was a great place for one couples early morning tv and coffee. Upstairs balconies to let you be in the sun or shade as you please! Home is very well equipped!

Great location, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of grocery store and Walgreens. The kitchen is well stocked, beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor area. Plenty of pool towels and the kayaks were nice to have available. We had some issues during our stay but Beth was quick to respond. The downstairs bedroom needs more attention. It was not as clean as the upstairs area. We stay in Marathon every February to escape the winter of the Midwest, We had not stayed in this neighborhood before, I would recommend it,

The house is perfect, it's beautiful and cozy, it has everything you need. There was one thing that made us upset was that the bedding was not washed. Other than that I highly recommend the house. It has a great location and Beth was very attentive.

All of us thoroughly enjoyed the week, weather, and fun. We traveled with two 8 yr olds, and they couldn't get enough of the pool all week. The location on the canal is private and quiet, with plenty of space for everyone. We thought the added kayaks and paddleboards were an incredible bonus as well. The home was spotless when we arrived and again offered plenty of space for everyone. The downstairs apartment was great for the teenager that came with us, she felt as though she had her own apartment. Can't wait to come back, Beth is an AMAZING host and was very quick to reply during communications.

5 stars for location and cleanliness! This property was very clean and is located a short drive to shopping, restaurants and activities. The kitchen had all the plates, cups and pans you could need to cook every meal, but you're on vacation right?! So many great restaurants within a short drive. Our adult sons enjoyed watching all the Thanksgiving week games in the screened porch and fishing off of the dock in the canal. We even had a manatee visit! This is an older property but has updated amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location being on the water and a 2 min drive to Publix. Beds were comfortable. We brought a boat with us and loved having it docked at the house. There are 2 public boat ramps within minutes of the house. Loved the trees and greenery in the backyard to add that privacy if you are in the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

We were initially scheduled to stay during the week when hurricane Ian was going to be passing by but Beth had no problem accommodating us for the following week without any ifs or buts. We enjoyed the home very much on our stay, we brought a 29' boat which had ample room on the canal dock. The canal is fairly deep at about 5' - 8' all the way out and it takes about 20 mins to reach the ocean side at idle speeds. All appliances worked properly and had no issues on our vacation. Very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. Host was amazing and the home was great. Definitely recommended!

Great response from property mgr before stay & when calling to inform them of an early morning checkout..which is always a good sign!! The house was clean but had just 1 spare blanket (could have used 2 more!) It had the basic necessities but nothing over the top. I do want to point out that we didn’t use the bottom separate bedroom for sleeping. It had a bit of a musty smell when we first entered, but it went away after opening the door some the first day. It turned out to be the perfect room for storing fishing rods, tackle boxes, and for not having to walk all the way upstairs to use the restroom! There is an empty lot next door so the house was pretty quiet and private! Cooked breakfast each morning & found the pots/pans to be adequate. One thing to improve upon would be the hot water temperature AND pressure. The hot water was gone in about 10 mins & it took a long time to rinse & detangle boat & snorkeling hair with the water saving shower heads. Good thing it was summer & that we couldn’t use super hot water with a little sunburn. Maybe turn up the water temp or invest in a larger capacity hot water heater so it can comfortably accommodate all guests :) overall the house served our needs (we mainly fished but also spent a fair amount of time in the pool or in the screened in porch). This property is well kept and very close to the Winn Dixie and Publix in Marathon! We had 6 adults and 2 kids. The golf course across the street is under going renovation but the neighbors are a nice distance and you’re close to the end of the canal so not much boat traffic except those close by. We had a manatee visit one morning and lots of fish were biting! The ground floor room is small but has a bed and sofa, tiny bathroom. There is no TV in that room. Small but private and sliding glass doors to the pool. The screened porch on the ground floor is really nice and has a tv and mini fridge and patio furniture. There is a freezer outside, picnic table and kiddie picnic table. Lots of chairs on this property of all kinds. Almost thirty! The grill are and tiki bar are really enjoyable. The pool was a good size for our family of 8 with two kids. Several floats and noodles as well as life jackets. We rented a boat for 3 days and docked it here. It’s quicker to access the ocean at sombrero beach, you can also go around to come out by 7 mile bridge. Either way it takes at least 15 minutes to get through the canal since you have to go at idle speed. Upstairs the master has a private bathroom. The 2nd room is directly across from the shared bathroom and has a king bed. The 3rd bedroom upstairs is off the living room with frosted doors. Our kids stayed in there but adults could stay as well but it is small. No closet but has a cabinet that you can hang shirts or pants in. No tvs in upstairs rooms except master. Lovely table for 6, living room with big tv with Netflix. The kitchen and laundry are nice. We had detergent and dishwasher tabs there for us as well as trash bags, sandwich bags, reusable containers and lots of salt and pepper :-). Take a look at what’s in all the cabinets before you go shopping. Beth is quick to answer any questions and I would recommend this property and stay again. Suggestion: please add a steamer pot and perhaps a few standard size pillows to have available to choose from and a few additional blankets. Thank you!

The house was great for our annual friend vacation. The tiki hut and pool were perfect after a day on the boat. Love that all the bedrooms are queens or kings- perfect for adult trip. The kitchen was fully stocked. Overall the property was AMAZING.
