It was beautiful
The hot tub was not working this is why we booked this room for hot tub

Location, comfortable beds, balcony (but unused because of the weather), Sophie, who manages the building, was lovely.
Not enough plates, cutlery, pans etc. not as clean as it could have been.

The location was good close to all amenities, the staff were helpful on arrival and during our stay
The apartment we stayed in wasn't clean, the facilities that were supposed to have been there weren't, we had to ask for cutlery and then found that the grill tray was filthy anyway so we didn't use it

Nothing, we didn’t stay. It took 3 and a half hours to get a representative to the property to check us in. So we had made other arrangements by then.

unclean. hairs on bathroom surfaces. skirting boards coated in dust. dodgy lock on bathroom door: I was locked in. no hot water for a shower. in fact, no hot water at all. messaged company directly afterwards but not heard back. dodgy lock is a h&s hazard: what if there was a fire?

Location was central,
Apartment was not acceptable at all. Broken toilet seat. informed host but she was unable to get it repaired and there were no other rooms available. Has to ask for toilet rolls. Television not working. Again, the host was informed and remote was replaced. Put milk in the fridge on arrival to use the next morning but was frozen when it was taken out the next day. Cobwebs and dust could seen on light fittings. The host was informed of all these complaints and she said compensation would be applicable and the complaints logged.. We were very disappointed and it spoilt our weekend. I have photos of the broken toilet seat and the poor standard of the room.

I would like a refund because at the night time we could not get in our room and our bags where not left secure.the room was not ready when we arrived and this caused my problems.
I would like something done about or we will not use booking.com again

Great position in town.
The reception wasnt manned at night. Our door keys didnt work and we got locked out. Nobody answered phone, so stuck outside for an hour. No apology.
Apartment not well cleaned. Hardly any equipment.

The apartments are clean and well decorated. The kitchenette is very convenient.
The staff were difficult to get hold of
There was no bedding for the sofa-bed. I tried to phone the staff number but there was no answer which resulted in the children sleeping under coats.

We didnt get as far as Breakfast as only spent 1 hour in the property, which was that filthy we checked out and found somewhere else
The apartment was filthy. It hadn't been cleaned for days by the looks of it, there was grease all over the Kettle and Toaster, waste food in the sink, open food in the fridge, surfaces were dirty and greasy, only 3 teaspoons was the total of our cutlery. The place was just filthy, worktops not clean, bathroom not cleaned properly, floor filthy, dead flies on floor, grease and cup marks in cupboards. No hand towels, no robes, no toiletries, no soap,no Coffee maker, the list of a lot of the things promised in description were not there. The Manger offered another room which was cleaner but still poor and the toilet was soiled and units greasy so we couldnt accept it. He sent a "cleaner" to original room who spent less than 15 mins with a cloth and spray and gave a token wipe of surfaces. Overall the service and cleanliness were appalling.

excellent location and private
I’ve stayed a few times at this location and every time there has been a problem of some sort, the staff have always dealt with it but it’s a shame it keeps happening. I believe a new site Manager is now in place though.

it was in the centre of town
the first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned, there was rubbish, wet towels, dirty linen & it smelled of cat wee! we moved apartment which was better. there was no welcome pack like satchets of coffee/sugar so had to go shopping so we could have a hot drink. no hot water in the morning either so the shower was freezing.

No hot water through out the whole stay, had to have a shower which was ice cold, although we complained about it, previously read reviews about no hot water which was clearly true and a common problem. no towels in room, abit unprofessional how one of the workers asked for our credit card and took it away into a room where we couldn’t see anything, seemed abit dodgy as our details could had easily Been taken. Not the cleanest, dirty oven, all pots were dirty, hairs all in the bathroom which looked like pubic hair

location was ideal, nice modern room, staff were kind
very dusty, not good value for money especially for the area, and lift was not working with almost 5 suitcases to haul up three flights of stairs!

It was a good location and cheap.
Firstly they didnt answer then phone so we stood on the rain for around 15 mins. I was soaked by the time they answered. The flat was really dirty, crumps on floor, dirty un-wiped work tops, generally very unclean bar a well made made. Pretty poor in all honesty, I wont be rushing back.

Lift was out of order, toaster was broken and no tea towel provided in kitchenette, no soap (liquid or otherwise) provided in bathroom, main (polished stone) staircase to rooms was dirty and required washing.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful new building. Room very modern. Great Central location.
Cleanliness was very poor. Dirty stairs. Room still had rubbish in. Hair all over bathroom floor.

broken toilet seat, no lift working and on top floor with no prior warning, would expect toiletries such as shampoo for the price paid. Room itself was also quite small and filled with the cushions from outside!

The lift was broken and unfortunately our apartment was on top floor alot of steps to go up

The space was lovely and well kept. I wouldn't call it could friendly but it was definitely child accommodating.
Lovely views, well laid out rooms and a working useable kitchen. Would definitely stay again, but probably without the kids.
The lift was broken during our stay and we were on the 4th floor with 2 babies and 2 prams.
I can't give a completely positive review because obviously this was horrific. However the staff were so helpful and frequently helped us carry babies, shopping and packing up and downstairs!
