Nice house, comfortable beds, very convenient (short drive) to River Run base. The kitchen had martini glasses and sharp knives (which are both rare in vacation rental homes, in our experience). We enjoyed the hot tub. Only drawback was lack of garage door openers and the garage floor was dirty. If the garage floor was swept between stays, it would help avoid tracking durt into the house.

This house is in a great location. We were within a couple of minutes of Keystone Village. The house is great for large families. My daughter, son in law and their 2 toddlers slept downstairs and then the rest of us slept upstairs. Plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was a great size and there was a great table for game nights. The only suggestion would be if you put that you are having children under 5 stay to provide a baby gate for the steep staircase. We left one in the closet at the property for future guests. Bathrooms were nice. It was nice having 3 bathrooms. Definitely would stay again.

The place was perfect and I would definitely rent this place again, especially for my family for a weekend getaway. Lovely rental :) The cleaning company wasn't as detailed as they should be, considering how nice this rental was; I'd want to know if I was the owner. (For example, pillows were a mess, cheerios on the carpet, but only an OCD individual like myself would notice the smaller details). I'd still rent this property, no doubt.

Location to Keystone and US 6 is a bonus for sure. Plenty of room to spread out and use as a base camp for your Summit County adventures. We spent more time outside that we did inside, but the time we did spend there was great. Sign the log book on the coffee table!

We loved #747 thanks to its private hot tub, heated floors and well-stocked kitchen (tip: buy EVOO as there is not one in the pantry). The heated floors throughout made early mornings easier and kept kids ski clothes cozy and ready to wear. We stopped at Costco in Denver and loved having the open kitchen and large table for our two families. The beds were very cozy with the upscale linens, though my brother found the Queen a bit too firm. The bunk beds were perfect for kids and the pullout sofa even got used! We took the shuttle home a few times and it dropped us off just a few doors to the left (get off at the top so you walk down the street instead of up). We did learn that pickup doesn't start until 8:30 am so if you want fresh tracks, suggest the free parking lot at River Run or Mountain House. With kids, you get front-row parking! We had the kids in lessons at Mountain House and found it very simple to bring lunch and eat inside. The Peru lift has been upgraded so we were always on the mountain before 9am. The gas grill on the deck worked like a charm and got a nice cleaning from my husband. We even used the blender for morning smoothies and the waffle maker for a birthday breakfast celebration. There is a slow cooker in the unit if anyone is wanting to make chili. Loved having the extra Rubbermaid containers to use at lunch on the slopes. Thank you for renting this beautiful home. It met all of our needs and more!

The living area was great for our family, nice kitchen and plenty of seating in the family room. The location of the townhome was great, right next to the shuttle stop and a great view out the back. The kids loved playing in the snow out in the open area behind the townhome. The management company communicated very well throughout the process.

We travel with college friends each year and rent a place to stay. We were very happy with the set up and the amenities of this unit. Was a little worried about 3 bathrooms for 8 people, four high school and college age. It was perfect! The family room and kitchen set up were great for meal prep and evening times of games or TV. We chose to drive to the base each day for skiing, more info on the shuttle pick up/drop off would have been helpful. Had a great visit! Would recommend this unit to others traveling with families/friends!

Everything went very smooth finding the place was not difficult at all how to very relaxing time place was very clean and enjoyed it very much everything worked for us

This location far exceeded my expectations! The home was beautifully decorated, which included Christmas decorations. Everything we could have possibly needed was there! We are a family of 10 and had plenty of space and was very comfortable. Was able to cook our meals without needing anything besides our food. Was able to wash and take home clean laundry. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back! Thank you for sharing your home!

This year was flawless and the entire group of 47 people felt completely at home in the Alders neighborhood. A special thanks to all the office staff at SCMR. We were two families of teenaged boys and parents. Everything was quite lovely, from actually sharp kitchen knives (we cooked all of our dinners) and a great kitchen to super comfy and nice furniture. The living room was big enough for full on family salad bowl and charades game nights. We were so close to skiing that we felt almost like it was ski in and out. Maybe 3 minutes driving and a pathway for those who didn't mind a 15m walk. Loved the hot tub and the view of the nearby hills and peaks was mesmerizing. We loved it.
