We can't say enough about this property. It was nicely decorated and well maintained. The separate living areas were wonderful for having our own space. The kitchen was fully stocked and the complimentary items were greatly appreciated!

Everything was so perfect. The place was very clean and cozy. All the rooms have a TV. The WIFI worked great. The kitchen is stocked with some dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. I would recommend you bring your own pans if you plan to cook because some of theirs aren’t non stick. It’s awesome how there are 2 living rooms. The first floor has a total of 4 beds in one room in the form of bunk beds and a RR with shower . The second floor has a shower w/ RR and one bedroom with one bed. There is also a kitchen and living room on second floor. The third floor has 2 bedrooms each with their own RR/shower. The rooftop is awesome with seating and a table. The owner is very kind and has great communication. I would definitely stay here again. The beach is about a 5 minute walk. Super easy and Accessible. I love the neighborhood. It’s so much nicer than destin. There was never any traffic. I loved my stay.

We cooked a couple of nights; all cooking utensils you needed were available. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our crew. We weren’t on the beach but the walk wasn’t bad and we were able to use our car to take things to the beach access. Parking is limited around public beach access but we lucked up several days and were able to park our car. We take a family vacation every year and we will definitely be back here. We had a wonderful stay at Blu Me Away. Loved the decor with all the cute signs. Beds were extremely comfortable. Location was convenient to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. Definitely will stay here again next time we are in Blue Mountain Beach.

There was about 10of us that stayed here and the location, and townhome was beautiful!! Jeff did such a good job communicating with everything I had asked, was very pleasant to work with and ensured our stay was enjoyable! The beach is really nice, and clean! The townhome has a really nice pool, and neighbors that actually live there are super friendly, our kids had a blast! The house has 3 floors and a rooftop (we enjoyed the views and drank our morning coffee up there every day). There are plenty of restaurants nearby, the home is very nicely decorated! If you're looking for a nice family vacation without all the busy "party" atmosphere, this is perfect! Thank you Jeff and Stacy - we hope to come back soon!

Beautiful condo. Great pool. Too many stairs. No working wifi. No working cable. AND the owner tried to charge me for damages after we left, for things we did not do and for things that were just subpar maintenance. VERY disappointed in this attempted scam. We did break one glass in the dishwasher and supposedly a sign fell off a wall behind a bed and broke. I would suggest taking lots of pics when you check in.

We also noticed several maintenance issues: leak in ceiling, toilet paper holders falling off, the oven was not clean at all, the pocket door was off track, there were no duvet covers on the comforters so we washed the comforters when we arrived since we did not know if they were clean, outdoor furniture on the rooftop deck was broken, the vent fan in one of the bathrooms did not work, the drywall was cracking at the top of the stairwell, lots of small items. In addition, when we arrived we notified the owner that a small table (seemed like plastic) was cracked. We even sent a picture. Over a week after check-out the owner sent a message saying he was charging us for the damage to the table, even though we sent a note and a picture that it was already broken. The charge was less than 3 figures but it was upsetting considering we notified the homeowner (per the check-in instructions) so that we were not liable for the damage. The owner said the cleaning crew said it was not broken before we arrived- this is unfortunate. My advice is to video everything upon arrival to protect yourself. The cleaning and maintenance issues did not make the location unusable, but be careful when you arrive and document everything. Even if you send the owner notification of what is broken....the owner may come back and charge you anyway. I am not saying don't rent but I am saying protect yourself.

Had a great time here. Location is great for accessing all things in minutes by walking (a few restaurants and beach access), biking (Seaside, Grayton, trails), or driving (grocery, etc) all in minutes. Kitchen was well appointed, nice TVs, comfortable beds and couches. Rooftop terrace was a nice place to chill. Thanks Jeff!

We Love Love Love the town house. We had four different families that stayed here and when I tell you the house accommodated all of us. It had three levels and worked out perfect..The kids loved the pool and the rooftop area. Beautiful house and great location.

One day before the owner tells us they are painting the next door building, to be careful not park our cars there during the day, we said ". We did for the first 3 days move our cars and bikes during the day. On day #4 the painters started moving their 4-levels scaffolding to this condo side, one floor at a time, and drilling into the walls to attach it, it was tremendous/loud construction noise starting 7 AM. We complained to the owner, she promised to talk with them and offered us to pay for a dinner, which we thought was nice of her. The next day they started again early in AM and they were now cutting on the frames of the windows while we were inside and they could see my daughter and her friends in their pajamas/intimate clothes. Now an electric saw whirling sound, I pleaded with them to give us just half an hour to get ready to leave the building, they would not and said it costs too much money to idle the workers. I notified to the owner, this time she offered a 20% discount which we thought was nice of her assuming it is over at that point as we still had another full day and 2 nights there, the following morning they started again same, and had their forklift in front of the building blocking the entry door so we could not get in or out. At that point I lost it and got furious with the workers and with the owner and I asked for a full refund. As we could not go anywhere else, it was 4th of July weekend, all booked. Thank God we had one night left at that point. Once I calmed down I realized it was too much to ask for a full refund while leaving the following day her husband called me in a cold hearted way to say "thank you for staying with us" as if nothing had happened. While I was sending them pictures and videos of everything. I told him I think it would be fair to refund at least half of the money so we don't feel ripped off, cheated and defrauded but that it is up to him to decide. The foreman had told me the owners were fully aware of the schedule of their work and they should have told us before hand. Another week, no communication, I sent a message inquiring, after several days they replied to say they are not sure what damages we incurred to warrant half in refund. I wrote them a detailed email explaining, a week later no response, I inquired again they replied that "they consulted with a lawyer and spent the money on him" so they won't refund anything. What an excuse, pure fraud. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE.

My family enjoyed our stay . Maria is wonderful !! Very responsive . Highly recommended. Thank you Maria !!

We enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of restaurants nearby and we got take out from Mabel's. No fish but we ordered 2 family meals and we loved everything we ordered. It was certainly more food than 5 people could eat. We also ate at Local Catch and AJ's at Grayton Beach, both very close. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed having a Keurig coffeemaker. The only problem we encountered was the painters. The scaffolding was up on 2 sides of the townhouse and we had to move our cars everyday to the gas station parking lot next store. The painters took up all of the visitor spaces and more. My daughter was in the upstairs back bathroom and the painter was outside the window that had no covering. We locked ourselves out of the unit one day but Maria was so kind to help up get back in. Also I wanted to rent a golf cart but there was no place to park it in the lot.

The townhome was wonderful, and can't beat the location. It was convenient to everything we needed.

The property owner was great and very responsive! The property was beautiful and close to beach.

Wonderful experience from the beginning working with the property owner to arriving to a clean, beautiful townhouse. All the amenities we needed with updated bathrooms and kitchen. We loved the community pool, rooftop deck and the fact that we could walk or ride our bikes to the beach. Bonus is great restaurants nearby and ice cream and donuts for the kids! Thank you Maria, we loved our stay!
