This was our 2nd stay at this property! We enjoyed it just as much this time as the 1st. Randi is quick to answer questions and provides great information to make the stay easy. It’s a short boat ride to our favorite swimming spot and provides a peaceful view on the porch.

Comfortable condo, spacious with everything you need for your family. Bring an extra dish towel, only one there for you to use. But no need to bring your condiments, there are some provided by previous renters. There is a large dock, but the dock is a shared space and rather challenging if you have more than just one vessel. Do not even try to use the private slip in, just opt to drive 10 more minutes to the public slip. The driveway is very steep and narrow. Neighbors are kind, owner is extremely helpful, caring, and always available for questions. Great location on the water and not far from civilization.

We had a lovely relaxing time right on the water. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch watching the lake and listening to the birds. Everything in the unit was clean and well decorated, we couldn’t ask for a better place. Communication and entry were easy. We had to do some computer work while we were there and the internet worked great. We appreciated how organized everything was, all light switches were labeled and all electronics were updated. We would definitely go again.

During our stay, we had a minor issue with the A/C that was completely out of the owners control. The owners were quick to communicate with me and fix the issue as soon as possible. They continue to communicate to make sure that we had no more issues with the A/C. I would recommend staying here if you want a quiet relaxing place by the lake. We will be back to enjoy the house and lake again.

First of all we enjoyed ourselves where we stayed however got a few things that wasn’t really mentioned. In the email we got for the check in process it said the property had a grill but we could not find out so we bought a small grill and used it there. Also I tried reaching out to Randi and left her a voicemail but never heard anything about this, thank goodness we didn’t have any problems getting in otherwise we would not have been able to reach Randi. The property has awesome views and place is great but that comes at a price. One of her reviews someone was saying about how you need a 4x4 to get down there, I would not say that and I did witness the UPS driver getting out of there but the location is a very remote setting and the driveway to get to the property is a 15 degree slope. I asked Randi about it and she said nah it’s nothing like the mountains but it is, and not to mention the trash can is at the top of that road and you can walk it but I would recommend driving to the top. That was the only thing she listed in the check out process was the trash, didn’t say anything about the linens so wasn’t sure what to do with that, but we left it like we found it. Everything else was great but just those things the communication and it being very remote. Sorry for the lengthy review

Beautiful townhome! Had everything we needed!

This property was just what we all needed to find a quiet solitude. It was especially nice to have the bedroom downstairs for the “rents”! And cooking a big meal for Thanksgiving was easy peasy.

Going to the property is bit difficult. A 4 wheels vehicle is more preferable, specially on a rainy or snowing day. But once you there will forget about everything. The house is perfect for a mini vacation. You will not return without a lot's of sweet memories. The stay, the view, the comfort everything.......

Perfect place to stay. Clean, quiet, and perfectly laid out, all the way from the dock to the deck, to the screened in porch, to the beautiful interior. We will come stay again if visiting Lake Martin.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and accommodating home. We had a fairly easy time finding it. I was pleased with the owner and our communication. Wifi and internet was spotty but that was disclosed and expected. Amenities were as described, only had trouble with living room TV (USB or Dish box issue) and the down button on the remote. The neighbors were a bit finicky, seemed nice but wanted to find an issue to complain about. We had a large family group of different ages. I was pleased with the safety features that worked great for us having a 1.5 year old. I would only recommend a handrail that goes all the way up the staircase. Overall it's 5 stars from me and my family. Thank you for everything Randi!

The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. Owner was great to communicate with. They take pride in condo, and make sure everything is updated. I had breakfast on the porch swing in the mornings overlooking the beautiful water. We had a blast with (included) kayak and paddle board. Both were easy to get to the water. We rented a boat nearby and went tubing for two days. The dock at condo was easy to park boat and get in/out of. Everything about this property made water fun EASY! That was a big deal for us because we stayed on the water the entire vacation. We will rent here again. Best vacation!

When you walk in you will be so thrilled with the awesome decor and interior design of this beautiful townhome. Then as you start to explore and you find two kayaks and a paddleboard and a rope swing not far from the docks the fun starts to be had. Hope we get to come and stay at this awesome place again.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. Nice amenities, comfortable beds, comfortable furniture and great screened in porch! The dock was nice and easy to use for recreation and docking the boat we rented. Loved getting to use the kayaks and really enjoy the lake from such a relaxing spot! Would definitely go back!

First and foremost, there's a reason this place has such good reviews. The Owners are a pleasure to work with. They go above and beyond to be accommodating. Great communication and hospitality! The space is warm, inviting, nicely decorated, and clean. We were surprised at how much larger the town home looked in real life than in the pictures. It's quite spacious. The "kids room" can easily fit teenagers and small adults - Its a great use of space and has a good vibe. The master bedroom, as well as the room on the main, had more than enough space and were very clean. All three rooms have their own showers and toilets, also very spacious in size. The kitchen is well equipped and so are all of the other common areas. The back porch was probably the best spot. Screened in, has a TV with a ton of channels, a super relaxing swing, sun blocking curtains, etc. The extended back porch (not screened in) is great if you want to enjoy the view and feel the breeze. The floating boat dock was a huge plus for us. It easily accommodated a 24ft pontoon boat that we brought with us. Lastly, the kayaks and paddle board were a blast for the kiddos. They can easily be launched via the boat ramp, or from the docks. We look forward to coming back and cannot wait to do so!

The property was just as described. Very clean and very beautiful. Great location for our event. The only problem I had was the price ended up being higher than what was advertised. Spoke to both VRBO and the property owner but no one had a good explanation as to why. My fault for not looking closer at the final invoice amount.

We really did enjoy our stay. I do t k is one thing that could have been different to make it any better!

Condo was perfect for a family vacation. Clean and spacious, with gorgeous views of the lake. The kids enjoyed jumping off the dock and the adults enjoyed the deck and screened porch. Well-stocked kitchen. We will definitely be back!

Beautifully decorated, super clean house. We spent a lot of time indoors due to the weather and everything was great! Our girls especially loved the bunk bedroom. We’d love to come back when we can actually utilize the lake. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

This was exactly what we needed. A few days to relax and enjoy some time with each other. The house was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Comfortable and roomy Townhome perfect for a long weekend getaway for some lake time and close enough to Talladega for a weekend of racing too. Property manager always quick to reply to questions about the unit and is knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Docks are perfect for laying out in the sun or docking your boat. We were so fortunate to rent such a beautiful place. There were six in our group and we had more space than we could imagine. The home is beautifully decorated and the owners went out of their way to make us feel special. We loved the peaceful mornings on the deck and the relaxing evenings on the screened in porch with the swinging bed. We also enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and coffee bar. It was the many nice touches of hospitality that provided us with a special weekend full of memories and laughter. We certainly hope to return to this lovely home.
