The people here are really friendly so I would give their customer service a good 5 stars.

However, I can't say much about their place and amenities. The place looks good on paper and in pictures but only at certain spots. The room first of all is nice but do smell musty.

Room can be improved. And swimming pool cannot use.

Breakfast was ok. Location and view was ok. Beach was ok too. Not that much rubbish.

Amenities and facilities available was not well maintained. We didnt get to have dinner bcz the kitchen was closed. It was only 730pm.

How the staff arrange for the room and bbq place.. We want to book and pay the place for bbq but the staff told just go to counter and checkin, that time can pay for bbq place..but when we arrive aerlier at the place and check in and want to pay for bbq place, the staff at the reception told that the place for bbq was book by someone..but when i asking for that they just told its ready and pay during at the checkin time..really sad when our room also change to different roon without reasonable reason
