Great place. Would Stay again.

This was a beautifully maintained property with a gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony. The property owners were very good communicators and it was very convenient that linens and many other things were provided. We had a great stay!

This condo was lovely. It was updated with cute beach decor and was equipped with all the appliances and necessities we needed to cook with. The outdoor patio was nice to sit on and have coffee or play cards on the high top table with the sound and view of the ocean waves. The beach wasn’t too crowded even during the holiday week. The pool was nice to take a dip in and take a break from the salt water. I love renting a place where you don’t have to bring your own sheets, towels, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, etc. It was all provided. The owner was super helpful with some great tips and information. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was well stocked and very nicely kept. The accessories in the cabinets and closets were an added nicety. There was no parking passes as stated, but we didn't see the need for them. The height of the master bed was a little annoying, but provided entertainment watching a short nanny attempt to get in bed. Also would recommend changing the direction of the vent in the 2nd bath to up to stop freezing the patrons as they get out of the bath. These may sound a little nit picking, but it would make for a more enjoyable stay! We really had a great time there.

I have to say while this condo isn't oceanfront it is an absolutely lovely condo that does have a nice oceanview. Everything was decorated beautifully and updated. They even had box fans in the bedrooms for those that need that little extra to sleep! I would definitely return!

We loved staying here! The location was great for young kids with just a short walk to the beach/pool. Everything was very clean and updated. We highly recommend!

We loved this condo! It worked great for my family of 4 (3 & 5 year olds) and my wife’s parents. It is a great location with a nice walk to the end of the island. The condo was in great condition, plenty of room for all of us. Fantastic view from the balcony that we enjoyed every morning and night. The owners were great to deal with and immediately responded to me when I had questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful location and place to stay! Enjoyed time with our family. Easy access to beach. A minor disappointment that we could not get Netflix access.

This property was beautiful! Newly renovated, very clean, well accommodated so you can pack less. Very close to the beach and a beautiful beach view from the porch for morning coffee and evening relaxing! Large comfortable master king, and ample space for my teens in the other two rooms. We would definitely rent this property again!

Our family had a wonderful vacation! The location of the condo was so convenient to the beach and pool and not to far from anywhere you would need to go. The condo was so clean, updated and decorated so nice. They have everything you need and more. My kids loves that they had games for the kids to play! The owners were great to deal with they answered quickly with any questions we had. We will definitely be back to stay again!! We love OIB!!

Enjoyed a long weekend in late September with our 2 adult children. It was nice to be able to see the ocean from the small balcony/porch. Enjoyed morning tea and late afternoon cocktails on the porch. The porch is rather small with seating at a small table for only 2 and a rocking chair, so all 4 of us couldn't eat out there. There is another table for 4 on the front, but with no view of the ocean - only the parking lot. The weather was pleasant enough and there was a screen door on the master bedroom allowing us to leave the door open and hear the ocean at night which I love! Would recommend a screen door in the living area as well so that door could be left open when the weather is nice. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of games and beach items: beach chairs, boogie boards, corn hole, bocce, umbrellas, etc. The beds were comfortable enough for a long weekend though the master bed did dip slightly to the center. The decor is cute and beachy and the bathrooms appeared to have some newer fixures and shower curtains. Appreciated the extra shelving above the toilet for toiletries and such. This is a 3rd floor accommodation which means for some stairs, but allowed for a greater view! And it is a quick walk to the beach. This end of the island is relatively quiet and is a short walk to the end of the island where there is an inlet and view of Sunset Beach. There are many grocery stores and restaurants a very short drive away. The owners were very responsive to questions and very accomodating to requests. Enjoyed our stay!

The house was exactly as described- a perfect layout for our family of six! This was our first trip to Ocean Isle Beach- and I feel so lucky! We were in a Quiet family location on the beach-never crowded on a holiday weekend! Great to have a pool mostly to ourselves all weekend too! Everything was clean, loved the beach decorations in the house, especially the dining table with shells! We brought All supplies and food- Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, since we didn’t explore the restaurants in town or do any shopping. Thank you!

Overall, loved the condo as the location is super close to beach & view is beautiful. It was so nice having the closet full of beach chairs, boards, etc. Having 2 full baths was also awesome & much needed for our group. Only complaint was none if the mattresses were very comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We were pleased with the apartment and its location. Internet did not work the first day. There was an issue with the company. I contacted the owner Paula and she was very responsive. She immediately put us in contact with the internet company and the service was restored the following day. The apartment was clean and very well stocked!
