Convenient location.

was told I would have a handicapped room. There was none. No breakfast yet the ad said there was. Limited office hours. No ice machine. Had to ask office person for ice.

I didn't like the beds they said that they were queen queen size but they were only 3/4 and there was three of us and we had to get a air mattress for one of us to sleep on The beds were not big enough for two people other than that I guess it was okay I went and asked the manager if they had bigger beds and she argued with me that those were queen and if those were queen I don't know what Queens

Place was hard to find as the pictures on line did not match the facility. Rude reception. Price was increased by $30 because the tornado just went thru and they saw a reason to price gouge. So many other places to say in the area. USE THEM, not this place.

Affordable rate courteous and very accommodating

Affordable. The staff member (I think her name was Sarah?) was so nice and friendly. The location was great and while you could hear what was going on outside, you couldn't hear through the walls to the next room, which was great! Bed was firm, which was perfect!

The HDMI port on the television wouldn't work, so we couldn't use it. The toilet was loose and wobbled.

Sarah the manager was extremely professional and accommodating. We had car issues and didn’t have a charger plug for our phone and she let us borrow her personal one. She chatted with me while I was checking in and she is the sweetest person. She helped make a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with.

Carpet needs to be updated or replaced.

Breakfast advertised... nothing available.. not even sack breakfast. Room not very clean. Such a disappointment. We stay in Paducah 3-4 times a year.

Only good thing is it’s close to food places and the mall, but everything else about this property is disappointing

The room was dirty, towels were old, sheets has smell. Found a mice in the room and left the next day but we were refused to get a refund for the two days because ‘our stuff was in the room’ so it was basically still considered occupied even though the standard sanitary expectations were not met. We were so tired and hoping to get to relax after the overwhelming tornado disaster we just encountered at home (Mayfield, KY) but we just ended up leaving. We were already too drained and overwhelmed to even fight for our refund.
