The bed and pillows were amazing. It was clean well.stocked and the staff was super helpful and friendly

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nice area to walk our dog.
There was no breakfast served. Bathroom (specifically tub area) De finally needs an upgrade. Check out was not until noon. Around 10 when my husband was out of the room loading the car and I was alone in the room, the door opened partly and I could see that it was a housekeeping cart. The door quickly shut when I am sure housekeeping realized we were still in the room. They did not knock or anything - just opened the door. Need to implement a better system to notify housekeeping when someone has actually checked out before just going to the room and opening the door.

location. shower. staff at front desk were kind. The kitchen was nice.
the front door was half of what it should be to get luggage carts through. Our first room had a leaky toilet that refilled every 10 min so they cheerfully moved us. the king rooms gave a recliner stuffed in the corner between the right side of the bed and the wall. I’d rather have a nightstand! Plugs for devises are inadequate. They should be on lamps next to beds. The elec. coil hot plates should be replaced with induction plates. our cabinets were beat up a bit.

it was under renovation so it was quite messy. online e it didn’t tell you that it was under renovations.

hotel under repair for water leaks. couldn’t get into to 1st room because lock didn’t work. went to next room and keys didn’t work. fan and toilet very noisy in bathroom

the fab couldn’t constantly stay on so it was quiet. don’t like to automated thermostat

Clean smelling and looking. Most everything seemed to be in good order.
The only complaint I have was that the bedroom door in our suite was misaligned and wouldn’t shut or lock.

Closeness to everything, we've stayed here before and it was a nice place to stay then(7 & 5 years ago)
It's run down quite a bit. Not a clean as before and the bed was so hard and the pillows has nothing to them. The ice machines didn't work on the main floor. They told us we could go buy some at the gas station. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, it took twice as long to rinse off. When we stayed before it was kept us Nicely and loved staying there. We will look at another the next to down this spring to see family

it needs to be revamped. the a/c was not working properly, we slept on top of the comforters. plus the toilets needed several flushes just to get the toilet paper down.

The staff were all very professional, personable and friendly. The GM explained the charges fully and fixed an issue with billing very expeditiusly. Clean and comfortable bedding, room has so many extra areas for storage! They took the extra steps to clean the carpets and air conditioning units during my stay which I really liked as far as cleanliness. I would definitely recommend and revisit this hotel in the future. The location is excellent and near many attractions, close to the Illinois border so a wonderful choice if visiting both KY and IL.
I would have preferred more towels and the availability to have brought to the room. I didn't care for having to walk my towels down to the front lobby to change out, also should have extra toilet paper available in the rooms on standby. Otherwise, everything was lovely.
