Beautiful place, really enjoyed our stay!! Highly recommend

We loved our stay here!! We came to town for our 20 year reunion and this was about 10 min away from the festivities. The property is beautiful and had the cutest goats. The studio is soooo cute. Comfy bed and bedding, lovely restroom, really cool air conditioning and they even have toys and games if you were to bring a little one. We would definitely stay again. They were great hosts and very communicative with us.

First off- the communication was awesome! Thank you 😊 I Was expecting much smaller area, but was excited to see it was rather spacious and a nice sized bathroom with a rather nice sized single shower. The bed was very comfortable as was the couch. Technically, I can say it has gated parking. Definitely felt safe and welcomed.

Our stay was great. The hosts were friendly. Although the air conditioning unit was acting up, they did everything in their power to make us comfortable including buying a window unit to ensure we stayed cool. As two young women, we felt safe staying here, and the hosts were lovely.

The darling studio was perfect for us. The property was incredible and was so fun to tour with such a genuinely good family. We loved our interactions with them and the peaceful oasis our stay was. Would definitely come stay again.

The spacious, farmhouse room was beautifully decorated and arranged. Super clean and comfortable. No details missed here! The only thing you might miss is a TV. However, WiFi is available, and who needs TV anyway, especially if you are in Waco to see the sights. It wasn't missed by us. Our Host and Hostess, Enrique and Laura, are very kind and friendly, I will definitely return here when I go back to Waco.

We visited for Baylor’s Culture of Joy event this weekend and this place was perfect for what we needed! It was close enough to the university to drive as well as close enough to get to all the fun things to do in Waco. Laura was very hospitable throughout our trip and took great care of us. We’d definitely recommend this place for a family stay or for friends to hang out!

We had a wonderful time at this cute and well appointed farm cottage in Waco. We enjoyed the covered patio area, and the outdoor firepit area also. It was fun to see the open space and farm animals. We will definitely be back.

This is our second time here. We gave it 5 stars the first time, and it earned them again. This is a wonderful little hangout when you are in the Waco area.

This stay really made the weekend trip amazing! Laura was extremely communicative throughout our stay. She gave great checkin instructions, and she (along with her kids) gave us a great tour of their little farm. The kids loved having the chance to pet goats, chickens, baby chicks, sheep, a dog and two cats! They even got up early on Sunday morning to help feed the animals. Laura also provided excellent dining recommendations, as well as some great entertainment ideas. We stayed busier than we expected to. The mother in law cottage is very nice. It is attached to the house, and you share the parking area with Laura and her husband, Enrique. There is a bed and a sleeper sofa, so you can definitely sleep four teens and adults. The girls said the sleeper sofa was pretty comfortable. I loved sitting on the porch in the morning and at night, drinking coffee made from the Kerrigan. We also have a Keurig, so we brought a lot of our own coffee. There’s some in the room, but we like our coffee, so we always bring our own. The mini fridge was perfect for storing water and creamer for the coffee. We have already booked Thanksgiving weekend to come back.

Studio is very clean and nice but properly is connect to shared wall with owners house. Whole backyard (not a farm, a backyard) is used by owners. So their children are running around and they are traveling back and forth by the door of studio. Property is weedy and not taken care of. Pictures online currently are very inaccurate.

The written information was clear and concise and easy for 2 weary travelers to understand and follow. The host and family are the friendliest people that could possibly have a Vrbo. In the Online description the owners indicated that they would be happy to introduce us to the animals on the farm. That was a draw to my granddaughter and I, and the host family did not disappoint. We met in the evening and fed all of the animals and it was magical. The inside of the cottage was immaculate, Well supplied with everything and anything a traveler could want or need. Furnishings were comfortable and more than efficient. I will stay at this little farm every time I come through Waco. I cannot highly enough recommend it.

We booked this studio because the Waco Surf rooms were full and we are so glad we did. Our kids had a great time visiting the farm animals and the hosts were extremely welcoming. Would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here and our only complaint is that we only booked it for one night! The studio was extremely clean and spacious with everything we could need. Laura was so kind, and not only showed my daughter her animals, but taught her quite a bit about them, too! The location was close to everything we needed, while being super quiet and peaceful at night. Would highly recommend!

My best friend and I stayed at this lovely farm studio. The tour was lovely and the area was nice and quiet. Fairly centrally located, although the roads im Waco are a bit confusing and rough. Definitely recommend!

This studio rental has everything to offer for a relaxing stay in Waco. Laura has created a clean, warm and cozy cottage with every amenity for a memorable adventure. The tiny farm was an added bonus. We hope to return!

We enjoyed our quick one night stay at this great little farm! Laura was really great to give us a tour of the property and we enjoyed meeting and learning a bit about the animals. Really close and convenient to everything in Waco. Will definitely recommend to others!

The owners were very nice, the baby animals so sweet, plenty of space and well stocked. My only complaint is that I didn't love sleeping on the pullout sofa but everything else was wonderful.

My husband and I loved our stay on the farm. The studio was large, modern and very comfortable. It was close to downtown and Baylor. Laura was warm, friendly and an excellent host!

We really enjoyed our short stay in Waco, even though the weather wasn't very cooperative. The studio is well appointed, very clean, and exactly as pictured. Location is just a few minutes from everything we wanted to do downtown in Waco. Laura was a very hospitable and accommodating host. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

We loved this stay. The room had everything we needed plus extras. Bed comfy & loved the sheets. Shower was great & they had everything we might need in the bathroom. We brought our little dogs & they thoughtfully put out a dog bed & bowls. Super clean & so well decorated. Their little farm is too cute. We took the tour & my daughters wanted to take a goat home lol 😂 Great trip, great hosts & we would absolutely stay again. Close to everything ❤️
