Great property, plenty of space. Loved all the rooms & the decor. As a group of friends we were able to sit together in both the sitting room & kitchen. We would have loved to use the outdoor space but the weather did not allow this.
There were only 2 things which we could not sort - the TV in the downstairs room would not switch on & we could not find the switch for the outside lights.
Neither of which caused us any issue on this visit.

We were a party of 5, staying for two nights, using the accommodation as a base for sightseeing. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. As we were out and about from morning to night, we didn’t use all the kitchen facilities, but for those requiring these , it was well equipped. Communication with staff was quick and efficient. During our stay, the street outside was extremely quiet. No parking outside, but that wasn’t a problem as we were able to load and unload outside property ,and we easily found nearby parking spaces for our two cars. An ideal base for us.

House was Immaculate. Location up the street was good as its 5 min walk to the harbour and shops. Pubs, Cafes etc on the way. The weather was fantastic during our time in amble.
The house is plenty big enough and nice little garden with the fairy lights. Rooms very big and en suite bathrooms perfect.
Nothing. No parking wasn't even an issue as you park just over the road and bring thr car round when loading and unloading.

whilst we had excellent weather so hung stuff out, it would prove challenging in poor weather.

The house was in a fantastic location, in the town, with everything in walking distance. Amenities were great and the communication from the hosts was fantastic.
There wasn't any parking, but the nearby streets were easy to park on.

The heating is controlled by the host, claims it is 24 degrees are well wide of the mark, I wouldn't stay here again other than in the summer.

It’s advertised as having parking but this isn’t actually the case and you have to park elsewhere and keep moving the car as you only get 1 hour in many local streets. Overnight you can park on the single yellow line outside if it’s free.

Great location, just off the main street. Also handy street parking just round the corner. Big rooms and great that two of them had en suites. Well equipped.
Would have liked to be able to control the heating ourselves. We had to message to turn it on etc. and this seemed odd. Also little things could be improved like having a clothes airer, a few more toilet rolls provided etc.

Location and size of property . Easy access to shops and green space for walking dogs. Beds were firm but comfortable and the small courtyard was very private.
Delivery lorries right outside the house at 6.30 and 7 o'clock in the morning. No direct parking outside house.

Beautiful house very comfortable in a perfect location , 2 bedrooms en-suite and private bathroom meant we all had our own privacy
