Decent location and clean.

the bathroom door and shower has lose parts and the amenities were empty. The price was also high.

I didn’t like that the room didn’t have a trash can besides a tiny one under the desk. the restroom didn’t have a trash can . & the tv remote wouldn’t work good , also no good channels to watch. so we used YouTube & what not. also my partner got there paid the deposit of $40. he only got back $20 of it .

I was visiting folks in Estrella so location was great. I also liked that it wasn’t too busy.

The rooms were pretty dirty. I stayed a year ago and it was amazing. This time I found mold and food in the broken AC unit. When I told the staff it was broken they suggested I didn’t know how to use it. The bed had no bed skirt or proper linens. The box springs were visible. The bath fan was caked in dirt and dust. The rooms all smelled musty. I switched rooms and it was a little better but there was mold in the bathroom and again a super dirty fan. For $300 a night I thought this was absurd.

The sheets on one of the beds was dirty with makeup, saliva and it appears the sheets weren’t changed!! Luckily we had a second bed that was clean. Very discussed and disappointed in the property. We stayed here before with no issues.

Staff was rude when presented with a problem. They made a huge mistake which caused me to almost be stranded with my kids

Location was great! Definitely booking again with this hotel in October again.

When I was checking in the front desk guy was on the phone and the bartender couldn’t help since he didn’t know how to check me in and luckily had a nicer gentleman check me in
