The house was PERFECT for our Marine's graduation from Parris Island. We were able to use the backyard for gatherings and there were plenty of things in the kitchen to accomodate our cooking and BBQ needs. We LOVED the location (remote but still close) .

Getting outside was weird - you could only access through the master bedroom. It was also weird that a small apt is attached to the rental that was occupied by someone else (shared laundry with that tenant). We never saw the person except for a car but transparency about an additional tenant on the property would have been better communication

I did not stay at the property as it did not meet my expectations and I was not going to have my family stay there for a weekend.

This property listing is a scam- the “house” is actually 2 units divided by a door with a mattress like barrier between the units. The online photos suggest a bright, beach type Reno but it is furnished with cast off furniture and thrift store bedding.

The location was perfect.

I didn’t realize the rental was a duplex.

The house was very clean and accessible. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

I liked the little extra things that they did to make our stay more comfortable.

I found a flea in the bathroom, also there was two pieces of long hair in the shower on the wall. Plus we bought groceries and the refrigerator was not keeping our stuff cold. I had to throw a lot out and our leftover dinner that was expensive from the night before was not edible the next day.

House was roomy, warm and welcoming. Lovely garden and we enjoyed the various outdoor seating areas. Binder with excellent recommendations for dining. Contact was responsive and friendly.
