The apartment is in a stunning, quiet location and very close to everything in Poiana Brasov, being right behind the restaurant Sura Dacilor. The view of the forest is very beautiful. Parking is availble on site at your convenience. We will 100% return and choose it over any other stay, as everything was perfect. All facilities were fully functional and the host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended both for business and leisure travel, summer or winter.

Awesome location, within walking distance from Sura Dacilor. The view outside the large terrace is spectacular. Very clean and cozy apartment, perfect for a group of 6 with children.

The access to the location could use more lights on the street leading up to the entrance.

My recent stay at the apartment in Poiana Brasov was nothing short of perfect. Nestled at the edge of the forest, the apartment provided the tranquility I sought, away from the bustle of the city. The view from the apartment was an absolute treat, offering a calming panorama of the forest and the lush trees surrounding the property. Waking up to the gentle rustling of leaves and the sound of birds chirping was an experience I'll never forget. What impressed me most were the thoughtful amenities provided by the host. From a fully-equipped kitchen to modern bathrooms, everything was well-maintained and spotless. The espresso machine, complete with fresh coffee, was a delightful touch and made my mornings even more enjoyable. Comfort was prioritized in every aspect of this apartment. The furniture was cozy, the rooms were spacious, and there was a beautiful harmony in the design that made me feel at home. The location in Poiana Brasov was ideal for exploring the nearby attractions, and yet it provided a peaceful retreat for the evenings. Nicely done apartaments in a somewhat quieter area of Poiana Brasov, but only two walking minutes to the resort center. The building has an elevator, intercom and small parking lot with barrier. The apartament we stayed in was positioned to the back of the building at the 3rd (final) floor, with a very relaximg view of the forest, a small meadow at the bottom of it. The apartament had one kitchen/living room, two bedroom (bigger one downstairs, one smaller upstairs), one bathroom and two spacious balconies (one fashioned with patio furniture, including patio couch. The apartament was clean, kitchen was well equiped, with full size fridge and freezer combo, induction stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher (!!!) and a Phillips Espresso Machine that grinds beans and includes a milk foamer. Beds were comfortable, the place has a TV in each room, at least one was a SmartTv, and there of course is wifi on the premises. A lot of cabinets and closets to put your stuff in. There's also a baby chair if you come with kids, and the apartament can house two couples with maybe 1-2 kids. Obviously no meal options as the premises is an apartament building.

Not much there to not like.

Coffee machine was a big surprise for us. Very comfortable apartment with 2 huge balconies. 3 minutes to mountain funicular. parking place. Elevator inside the house. Everything is clear and fresh. We are glad to visit that place. Next time we’ll stop at the same apartment for sure. Hospitable, kind owner.
