Great find on our travels through Sardinia. Very clean, modern, great air conditioning. Owner very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

very modern furniture, the room was clean and tidy, we had a parking place in front of the building. self check in and self check out, which was perfect!
The room did not have a window, which was a little weird.

Easy check-in. Spacious room. Beautiful bathroom and amazing shower. Very comfortable bed. Quiet location, little far away from main area but made for easy parking in front of residence.

Very clean! Modern bathroom and interior. AC works fine and host communication was good. Good location to be with car but walking distance to the city center.
A second chair would have been nice (maybe even little table instead of desk), as you have a fridge and could easily use it to have food.

The place was very well located in the center of Orosei and the room itself was just perfect. Fresh, clean and well equipped, we couldn't have asked for more. Also, Luca really needs to be credited for his great communication, we especially appreciated his local recommendations and for making the stay at the Guest House effortless - from check-in to check-out. We can strongly recommend a stay here if you're going to Orosei!
There's really nothing to not like about the Guest House, even if there was some problem, Luca was available by phone to quickly help out and solving it.

Modern, trendy and very clean rooms with a lot of love for the detail and a lovely, responsive host :) Self-checkin / out was very convenient and the spacious room super new and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to stay here when in Orosei, it doesn‘t get better than this!

Usually i dont write Reviews, but in this case i had no choice. Luca was a Great host, the Weather was rainy and he Provided us with everything necessary we needed During our stay. The room was totally new and really dont have anything negative about it.

The guest house is situated 10min walking from the center. It is easy to park and quiet. There is a supermarket just in front. It was very clean and there is all you need. There even was netflix for rainy evenings.
Luca was very nice and we forgot something when we left. He contacted us right away so we could come back. Very nice stay in Orosei
