Spacy room. Fantastic Diner

The staff is absolutely charming. This place is full of charm. The restaurant is very busy and that is a good sign, no ?

If you are looking for modern facilities look the other way. In the restaurant I recommend avoiding the burrito.

Well located for exploring the national forest nearby, cycling, walking, and riding. Secure cycling parking was available. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide choice. The restaurant is popular with guests and other visitors to the area and offers good value.

The room was rather dark, which is sometimes the case in older Dutch buildings, but it needed much better lighting. The decor would have benefitted from some updating.

The staff was nice.

Although the staff was nice, it seemed that they had many younger members of the staff being responsible for the restaurant in the evening. This resulted in very long waiting times, wrong orders delivered, orders forgotten. Although we booked with a institutional card, we were not able to pay with that one in the end, and had to private cards. The breakfast was unfortunately not very high in quality and variety. The rooms are very old, and have a glass door to the main hall where a lot of light is shining into the rooms.

very Welcoming Staff. the room and bathroom was very clean, beds were comfortable! Restaurant was excellent! Breakfast was great! we couldn’t ask for a better place! We wish we could have longer!

Very friendly staff

The location was great in the setting of a 3 week solo bicycle trip. The room was very conveniently located on the ground level near the entrance. I could store my bike securely. Dinner and breakfast were great. The staff was very kind and helpful.

No safe. No coffee or tea in the room. Being between seasons, the room was very cold. The outside temperature dropped to 6 degrees overnight.

The decorations of the restaurant, bar, reception. Lots of old days paintings and pictures and leather fauteuils. Plenty of parking space for free. And a extremely lovely garden where you could sit and relax or have something to eat. Delicious breakfast and an outstanding lunch. We didn't try the diner. Me and my girlfriend highly recommend staying here for more than a day. And a special shout-out to the people working there! Very friendly, helpful and sweet.
