BEWARE THERE IS NO HOT WATER HERE. I called front desk to ask why the sink & shower have no hot water as I wanted to take a shower after work. I got told “someone must’ve taken a shower try again later tonight when everyone is sleeping or in the morning before everyone wakes up” I’m sorry but what hotel has enough hot water for 1-2 showers when there’s over 100 rooms??? Then I figured I had to tough it out and take a cold shower so I did so and when I got out I realized my towels are stained. i ask for more and they complain but bring it up. these towels they just brought have brown stains and hair clumps on them. so I ask for clean unstained ones. they said they have no clean towels. they ran out of towels that are clean for the night but I can ask in the morning when housekeeping cleans more. so I had to air dry. and after I do so I decided just to go to bed after a bad experience. that’s when I realized my bedding wasn’t clean. hair and stains on the bedding. with how annoyed the staff was I just put on jeans & sweater and slept above the sheets. 0/10 recommend this place. would never go back. manager offered me $10 dollars off the room and when I asked for more laughed at me and told me to go somewhere else and leave. called corporate and thankfully they compensated me better. beware before booking here.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms and common areas were clean. The rooms were well equipped.

The hotel web site advertised a breakfast for $7.49 which is the primary reason I chose this hotel. When we arrived we were told the $7.49 breakfast was in fact a frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich and a previously prepared cup of juice and fruit cup. This was not worth the price. There were also multiple signs advertising "breakfast in bed" which was not available. As this was the last day of our travels, I was looking forward to a good breakfast to get us started. A very disappointing experience and one I will not be anxious to repeat.

Front desk staff, when we arrived, were exceptional. Pets are accepted.

Microwave task light didn't work. Outlet in the bathroom didn't work. Couldn't use a hair dryer. Tea bags in the room or available at the front desk would nice as this has become the norm.

The bed was very comfortable, with super soft sheets. The room was clean. Amenities, such as fridge and cooking burners were great! The recliner chair was a nice touch!

I was surprised there wasn't a breakfast provided, but probably my fault for not checking that more carefully.
