The location is absolutely brilliant. The apartment is very spacious and well stocked. The owner is very helpful and always accessible. The beds are comfortable and kitchen is equipped. There is a hot tub and a small garden too. Highly recommended!

Excellent property with high end equipments and furnishings. Management has considered almost all aspect of the requirements of the stay and almost everything readily available. Beautiful location as well.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Grindelwald Terminal via the back corridor of the multi-storey carpark. The host, Gudrun is very precise in the instruction on how to get to the apartment and where and how to get the key. Gudrun is also very helpful and efficient in replying to queries. My son misplaced his ring in the apartment upon check-out. Gudrun is so kind to post the ring back to Singapore. Thanks Gudrun!

Location and facilities are perfect, everything we could need, very quiet area. We had our little dog too, hosts were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.
The chemical mix in the hot tub was a bit stingy on the eyes with the bubbles on. The garden wasn't enclosed so not entirely dog proof but didn't matter so much as she was exhausted after walking all day anyway so didn't really want to play out!

The owner was super nice. since the washing machine was broken, she offered to do laundry for us for twice. Location is also excellent. and the hot tub!

I can’t quite understand how the other reviews can be so positive unless they didn’t stay in the ground floor apartment. The photos are not very reflective of the apartment we ended up in and it was poor value for the two day stay compared to everywhere else we stayed in Switzerland including Zermatt.
bedrooms smelt of mildew and bedding was damp. instructions and information about recycling and rubbish and guest pass lacking. flies everywhere. property was a 30 minute uphill walk from the town.

the rooms were too small for 2 people with luggages and the bedsheets were not too clean as we found some hairs on them.

Location was ideal…the view was fantastic and we could even walk to a fun little bar/restaurant. Very close to the main lift/gondola.
There was confusion on the part of Booking website and our ability to communicate —- the host was incredible and bent over backward to accommodate !

Everything! The apartment, the location, the hot tub, the garden. It was so convenient for terminal station so we could get up to the Jungfraujoch in 50 minutes! It was very family-friendly and the host was really friendly and responsive to my questions. Check-in and checkout was smooth and painless.
Google sent us the wrong way round the village. To get there you simply cross a bridge signposted "Parking" at Grund station. Not the fault of the hosts though, so more a warning to other guests blindly following Google!

The Chalet was very clean and was newly renovated. The owner was very nice to meet check up on us if we are comfortable and if everything was fine.
There was a nearby railroad which was giving a warning sound when it passes by and it was early in the morning. Check-in was a bit late and check-out was also early. Would have been nice to check-out late.

It was spacious apartment in three apartment house. It included everything we needed, beds were comfortable. Apartment had parking next to house.
The house is located at the very bottom of the valley. To see mountains you must look very up. That's the only minus I found.
