The CBC condo was exactly as described and more. It was very clean and cozy. It had all the amenities and more. We just had to show up with clothes and food and we were set for the week. The view from the 14th floor was amazing. The atmosphere was calm and quiet. Would definitely come back to this condo in the future.

The condo was nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. It had plenty of nice linens and places to store clothing. It was very clean. The showers were great. The balcony views are wonderful. The management company was efficient with responses to questions and any concerns.

We stayed for 21 days at the Crescent Beach Club condos. The one bedroom condo was perfect for my wife and I as a nice touch having two bathrooms with showers. If it wasn’t for the cooler than normal weather, we had a great time! We would definitely return to this property !

We had just returned from an international trip and needed rest and relaxation. This lovely condo was exactly what we were hoping for, it was well supplied. The furnishings comfortable and the colors are soft and peaceful. The gentle sound of gulf waters rhythmically rolling onto shore refreshed us. The view from the floor was outstanding, the lights of Clearwater in the distance sparkled at night. We had the option of dining at numerous, outstanding restaurants nearby or prepare food we purchased from a nearby Publix in the units completely ordered kitchen. Everything needed for a beach stay is in the home away from home except your bathing suit. The clubhouse gym, sauna, whirlpool and steam room and walking in the beach add extra health benefits. Definitely a condo we would love to return to in the future.

Came to this beautiful beach to get some sunshine. Wonderful white sand, hard packed and easy to walk on. Had a couple of days that were windy which deposited lots of shells on the beach. Found 10 sand dollars! Close to the small strip mall to walk to. Several nearby places to eat and shops. Easy drive to the circle.

Two of my lifelong friends and I stayed in this beautiful unit in September. It was perfect for us—-one bedroom and a super comfy pull-out couch. This unit was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated with a large balcony with table, chairs, and lounge chairs. Another plus was the available beach equipment and cart which made our trips to the beach easier! The views from this unit are spectacular and the beach is beautiful! Great pool too! Hopefully, we will be back!!

First Getaway after Covid
This was our first trip away since Covid. This property was perfect for us. The beach was not crowded. The pool was warm and beautiful. The condo was clean, everything we needed, exactly as advertised. The weather for the last week of May was perfect.

Very Nice
Much better than I expected. We stayed for one week. Since this is the only condo building on Sand Key allowing rentals less that 3 months, I expected crowds. Not so. The building seemed mostly empty. I guess the smowbirds mostly arrive after Xmas. The pool was mostly empty. Once I shared it with another couple. The beach was also empty except for an occasionaly beachcomber strolling by. We ate all meals on the balcony which also had 2 comfy zero grvity chairs.

Perfect for a quiet vacation
The property has everything you need for the perfect QUIET getaway. The gym and sauna is the perfect place to start your day. The beach and pool are a great way to spend your afternoon. The large balcony is the best place to watch the sunset. We would love to come back again.

Stunning and Serene!
We were very pleased with our vacation experience at this property. From our contact, Sue, to all staff and other renters/residents around us, everyone was pleasant and courteous. The property is as described and pictures are accurate. Our primary home is in another well known vacation city and state but my husband and I will be back to this area and this condo for our personal R and R. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this gem!

Beautiful Ocean Front Property
My retired friends and I rented this condo in September and enjoyed staying at this lovely and clean property! It had everything we needed including a beautiful balcony and view!! Up the road within walking distance was a plaza that fulfilled our needs since we didn’t rent a car!

Buyer beware
Property was outdated, showers were gross with cracked tiles, mildew and crud. One master bath sink wouldn’t drain. Furniture very old and uncomfortable. I’ve rented nicer condos in the same unit for less money. Renting agent lied to me about cancellation policy, accused me of complaining when I asked if we could switch dates when Red Tide had diminished. The agent denied the effects of Red Tide that kept us with constant coughing and unable to enjoy the beach. Pictures from the agent of the beach were beautiful but you can’t see red tide, you can’t smell red tide but when it chokes you it’s apparent it’s in the air.

Fantastic Beach Relaxation
Wow, step into the unit and see the beautiful gulf, so pretty! The balcony is shaded for morning coffee and gorgeous for sunset views. Even stepping out the door to elevator made us stop and enjoy the coastal waterway view which is stunning in itself. The unit really exceeded expectations.

Last-minute getaway
This property was as advertised and Sue was great with communications. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning for breakfast and every evening for dinner. There are plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. We saw dolphins almost every day during the week we were there, which was an added bonus.

About the title, a great heron landed within 20 feet of us when we were walking along the beach at dusk on our final day. It just stood stock still, as did we. It probably couldn’t wait for us to leave so that it could hunt for its supper. After about 3 minutes of staring, we went our way to leave it to its task. It was a wonderful way to cap off our stay.
