The location was great for us while touring colleges. The hotel was clean and was friendly and accommodating.

breakfast was very good ,and on schedule. the coffee was great.the cart for moving luggage was always availble.
Hotel should make note of unruly children running up and down hallways,knocking on doors.

When I checked in, the girl at the counter couldn’t find my reservation and was rude. I did end up getting a room, but then was charged for my reservation and the room I got that day. Hotel refused to refund one of the charges. Also had someone else’s long hair all over the bathroom floor in my room.

The microwave in the room didnt work. The guy at the front desk took extremely long to check us in as well as the people ahead of us.

The pool was closed for maintenance. The breakfast was mediocre. The room had a chemical smell on arrival like pine sol.

check out on the website, doors, and booking.com said 12 but the morning of check out I was told it was 11

LOCATION WAS CONVENIENT TO WHERE WE NEEDED TO GO WHILE IN THE AREA AND TO AND FROM AIRPORT. WE USED TO STAY AT THE FORMER RED LION UP THE STREET BUT IT HAS CLOSED SINCE WE WERE LAST IN THE AREA AND SPRINGHILL IS A GOOD REPLACEMENT.
TRYING TO CORDINATE ROOM MAINTENANCE WAS AN ISSUE, JUST TRYING TO GET CLEAN TOWELS WAS AN ORDEAL
AND i HAD TO GET THEM FROM THE DESK SATFF ON SEVERAL EVENINGS.
