Convenient location close to many shops, restaurants and walking distance to the gondola. Our luggage got into a bit of a snafu and had to be sent ahead of time, the staff was very accomodating and helpful. Very lovely staff, accomodating and always helpful with taxi booking, luggage handling and room comfort. Clean hotel and convenient self-served laundry. Free shuttle bus to and from hotel to the ski lifts. Access to cafe and restaurants right within the same building.

In a 2BR setup, there is 1 room with no window, making it quite depressing to stay for any prolong period. The room with no window was very stuffy making it hard to sleep at night and also causing headache. The exhaust fan was also loud contributing to the problem. There was little to no sound insulation, every conversation in the kitchen, every front door entry and exit would wake you up from your sleep. The problem was alleviated after the staff introduced a humidifying air purifier. It helps to have the door open but that means no privacy to the room. The ski locker was quite small for all 4 skis and a struggle every day to stuff them in and out. Prefer to have a common dry room for skis and boards than a locker. There were many TVs but only 1 side table each room, and no bedside lamps. Having said that 1BR setup looks quite all right and might not having the same issue with 2BR.

The apartment is big with modern design.

It’s not hotel. No breakfast/dinner inside hotel. No regular cleaning.
