Location for Yorkshire Sculpture Park was very convenient. Easy walk to excellent local Italian restaurant. Modern, comfortable house which is tastefully decorated and on a lovely, safe modern estate.

Had to contact the company when we got there to obtain lock box code. Would have been useful to have received it within previous 24 hours. Nothing had been cleaned on our arrival. Beds not stripped from previous visitors and unmade and bins not emptied etc. This was addressed fairly quickly but was an unfortunate start to our trip. We were unable to work the hob even using the printed instructions or by using You tube. There was no clean j-cloth or tea towel in the kitchen or any kitchen towel. No place mats, so we put wine and serving dishes on extra plates to protect the table. A bulb was faulty in the bathroom which made it a bit gloomy.

It was a house, so there was room for us to move around. It had central heating. Location was ok and quiet. House was well kept.

This was our second time staying and once again we had a lovely stay. Rachel was a great host and immediately made us feel welcome. Highly recommended.
