This was our second year coming to Palm Coast! It was a wonderful visit with our family! The house was fully stocked with games/toys for the kids, lots of great tv apps, generous amounts of towels and all the kitchen items you’ll need! The beach items and outdoor shower were a great plus! We will definitely look into staying again next year for our family vacation! Thank you for being wonderful hosts and checking in with us throughout the stay!

A lovely home with all the amenities—in the door refrigerator ice maker and water! Full size washer/dryer for the beach towels! Beach necessities and beach bikes—so handy! Great location for us.

My husband and I spent 4 relaxing nights here with our 2 small dogs. We couldn't have asked for a better place. The house, from outside appears small, but it is beautiful, clean and very spacious once you open the front door and step inside. The backyard is fully fenced and the dogs loved it! From TV's in every room to plenty of dishes, appliances and all things needed for cooking. Lots of restaurant choices over the bridge, a short drive away. There's a quiet beach down the street that the dogs loved, too. If we return to this area, we will definitely stay at this perfect spot!

The house was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Fenced in backyard was great for our dog. The beach was just around the corner and was also very nice and pet friendly. We drove to Orlando to Universal Studios and also to St. Augustine one day to shop and explore. Both are easily within driving distance. We loved our stay here and will definitely be returning in the future!

This was a perfect setting for a great vacation. The home is very well-equipped and the fenced back yard provided peace of mind with us for our pup. Walk or bike to the beach, the park, trails, a fresh fish market, the ICW ... for us, an ideal location in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty to explore in the area if you like to be on the go and plenty of opportunity just to chill if that's your vibe. Some of our highlights included kayaking with Ripple Effects at Marineland, exploring the quiet solitude of Princess Place Preserve (lots of preserves in area), and finding local honey up the A1A at Donna's Honey Hut. Hosts were excellent communicators and very responsive. Thank you, Darrell and Marie. We would 100% stay here again!

The house was adorable, and just perfect for my husband and I. The house was clean, and well stocked with everything you may need to have an enjoyable stay away from home. The owner was very easy to contact, and responded immediately to my questions. I would definitely, stay at this home again.

We loved the location--could hear the ocean; friendly neighbors; beautiful and comfortable home. Near to good eating and boat landing. Far enough from city to be quiet and peaceful yet close enough for convenience. We were happy to find a Catholic church just a short drive away. Owners had thought of everything we could need or want.

We used this rental while visiting family for thanksgiving. Interior was clean and well equipped. We would rent the property again for future stays. So much to do in the area.

The house is very comfortable and has all the amenities needed. We went to Flagler Beach on one day and St Augustine the next. Explored the Hammock starting with an early morning walk on the beach and the sunrise. Great place! Great vacation!

We had the most amazing weekend at this awesome location and will most definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed with our small dog (12 lbs) for 5 nights. The space, layout and yard were perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was so well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. We ate out mostly, but not because we needed to - there are plenty of supplies if we wanted to cook at the home. We aren't really coffee people, but the coffee bar is really cute and well put together although we didn't use it. We visited days after hurricane Ian, so the back yard had SOME debris (not much at all), but could tell that on a good day, the landscaping would be beautiful! It's fenced in nicely with no gaps (to allow escapees) and was great for our dog to run around and burn some energy. There is plenty of room and seating to sit outside and relax. I really liked the floor plan because the master suite and the second bedroom/bathroom were on separate sides of the home, so there is plenty of privacy should you have 4 adults or a family. The bed in the master (didn't sleep in the other) was so comfy and having the ceiling fan and TV in the room gave it all the comforts of home. The living room was also SUPER cozy - I don't feel that way in rentals usually, but the furniture was great (side tables for a beverage, plenty of room on coffee table and comfy couches). This living room was also STOCKED - video games, books, board games you name it! We didn't spend a ton of time there, but if we were traveling with kids, they would have been entertained in the home if there was a rain day. There were bikes in the garage and plenty of things if you were going to the beach. We weren't able to use them due to our schedule, but would love to come back to do so. The area has a sidewalk on A1A to allow you to ride the bikes safely. The neighborhood felt really safe - everyone was friendly and I was not worried when walking my dog alone. The location is close to SEVERAL restaurants - like walking distance close. Everything was really clean and well maintained. Communication with the host was great - super fast responses to any questions we had. We had to work a couple days and the WiFi was strong enough for both of us to work and have the TV streaming at the same time. Overall, I would 100% stay here again if we are in the area. This was hands down the best rental we have stayed at!

We stayed at this property in July for our anniversary. We loved it so much we came back in September to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. The location is beautiful and very close to a dog friendly beach. This area is Old Florida.

This was my first VRBO experience. It was wonderful having the contact info of the home owner. The back yard was fenced in which was a real plus since we brought our dog with us! Hope we can stay at thus location again!!

Property as described and ideally located for multiple outdoor activities. Combination of activities readily available. Beach visits, bicycling, fishing, kayaking, or just relaxing at the house after these activities. Great vacation!

This comfortable, clean and well appointed rental enabled us to be near to and reunite with visiting family to the area. Our days were full and taxing and our evenings at this retreat were very relaxing, calm and quit. You can only take so much family! We loved it all!! As seniors, especially our quiet time.

This home was located in a wooded area that felt like a rainforest but at the same time was a really short walk to the beach. I even saw an armadillo and sea otter on my walk to the beach! The location was awesome and one of the few lazy beach towns left that we have been able to find! There was a delicious BBQ place right across the street, a hiking trail, biking trail and close beach access. The home was super comfy and had everything you needed. It was very clean and decorated with quality furnishings. I can't say enough good things about this property. We will absolutely be back again! It was MARVELOUS!

Our stay was perfect. The property owner is very responsive very kind I made the checking in process very very easy and non-stressful. Enjoyed the bikes the boogie boards and the house was very well furnished with everything we needed. That's very great relaxing vacation in a nice area and a wonderful House. The property was clean, quite and had everything we were looking for inside and out.

We loved our getaway here - everything from the short, beautiful and tropical drive up to the house (2 minutes off of A1A), to the comfort and convenience of a fully stocked kitchen. Beach items galore, bikes, a firepit, a coffee bar, and a huge TV were all greatly enjoyed by our family as well. Darrel and Marie have outfitted the house wonderfully for a no-hassle, relaxing, and fun-filled vacation! Definitely a 5-Star stay.

We really enjoyed this lovely cottage. It's a nice place to walk, close to a beautiful beach with fishing right across the street. We liked being able to open the door and let our dog run in the fenced yard. This place was quiet, comfortable and nicely decorated. Owners anticipated every need.

Everything was perfect. We loved the sand road to the property. Our dog loves this place and his bike rides. Very comfortable and the Christmas tree was an unexpected and appreciated touch.
