Everything was wonderful!! Your staff was amazing especially Morgan and Narrie, both were so helpful. Morgan helped me arrange rooms for our group to be on the same floor and Narrie did an amazing job in helping with the adjustment of our bill. An added benefit to this hotel is the pool is truly heated, even in the coldest temperature outside (43 degrees) you can enjoy the pool, just make sure you have your robe handy when you get out.

The beds were a little hard, if you like a softer bed I would suggest bringing a plush mattress pad.

Understaffed. No house keeping staff. When we arrived we had three towels for a 5-person room. Waited an hour after our request to call again and check to see when the towels would be brought to the room. The person was very frustrated and rude in her response. She said it wasn’t her job, but she’d bring it up herself. We felt bad but we needed to take a shower. In the cafe, the trash was overflowing from the bins. Overall, seemed like low-staff issues.

We liked the hotel design and colors. The theme is carried out well and the rooms are nicely done. We had friends come join us for dinner and the food and service were good. Plenty of nice outside space and a large gas fireplace and bar for after dinner drinks.

Initially, our room had very low wattage light bulbs making it impossible for bedside reading and giving the room a dingy glow. The staff kindly replaced them and the rooms and colors were bright as they were designed to be. One of two main elevators was “Out of service” and no one was working to repair it during our three days there. This became a real inconvenience as well as a safety issue. Fix it! Finally, paying $35 bucks a night to park a mid size SUV because the hotel doesn’t have adequate parking space is a bit insulting. On top of that, the valet turned up every dial, button and knob on our Lincoln just to go park it. What’s up with that?

Location was great and although we paid heavily for it the view from our room was great! Staff was very nice and accommodating! Bar/restaurant was pretty good and reasonably priced.

Value. Bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. There was some green grimy gunk on the two faucets in the bathroom. We had some alarm that went off all night that was flashing a blue light in our room. In their defense we never brought it to their attention to fix and when we mentioned it while checking out they did seem concerned.

The valet was honestly the only good thing I can say about the hotel. The guys were nice and took good care of our car. Although I wished we could have had an option of not having to pay for parking regardless.

The lady at front desk was not one I’d ever deal with again telling me that there’s nothing she can do when we drove 12 hours to Florida with a one year old and our card was having issues using it because of a $500 limit we had on it and we couldn’t pay for cash and we couldn’t use a card over the phone and she was non helpful and could have cared less that we might not have had a place to stay. Finally got it worked out after my dad called their booking agency and he was able to do a car authorization to use his card for us. Only to find out the rooms don’t have baths and it was literally only an half door shower. You can’t really expect to keep an 1 year old on a shower with one day. And the second he stepped in it with the water running, he slipped and fell and busted his head and was afraid to stand up after that because it was so slippery. It took the cleaning people two days to finally come and clean our room, we had used our towels and had none left so we threw them outside the door in the hallway and took the trash full of dirty diapers out and put them in the hall. They came the next day after that. There’s no parking other than valet and that makes it hard because any other hotel you don’t have to worry about paying for parking but here no matter what you did you had to pay.

Everything was right there in the hotel. We didn’t have to leave if we didn’t want to!

We had a standard room. It could use a microwave. And the cleaners were very nice but they would come get the dirty towels and rags but didn’t leave clean ones and didn’t refill the coffee pods and cups.

The facility was clean and beautifully decorated. The room was large, well decorated, and clean. The ocean view was great. The music was fun to listen to in the lobby. Great place to stay.

There was only one elevator in service.

The surrounding area was a lot more pleasant than I thought it would be. The hotel looked and smelt fresh and clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Very Convenient place to stay as it is literally right on the beach, and the Bar and Grill area is perfect! Restaurant was fairly priced! I would say the best value to money hotel in the area.

Just nit-picky things I noticed. The hallway floors tend to carry build up of sand, and the bar and grill lacks any light during the night time. Not a big deal, it was just hard to see menus and table on the second floor of the bar area. There convenient stores hours are technically 24/7, but it is a little bit of a hassle to get items you need if its after "Store Hours". Parking was horrible, and there is a very little chance that you could actually park at the hotel unless you get valet, as the parking spots were almost always full. Valet wasn't too bad, $27 a day and it charged the room, so not too bad to have your car off the street and at your disposal whenever.

The walls are paper thin. We had a very bad experience with the people that were staying right next to us. Also,the beds were super uncomfortable. Very limited breakfast items.

great location! near everything! rooms where nice and staff was great and had the restaurant right there.

there was no were to park so you had to pay for daily valet which was expensive. also, we stayed in a suite which was nice but only had three small drawers and 4 hangers so lived out of our suitcase. and no where in the bathroom to hang your towels.

There were only 2 beds. Booking.com states 3. Ocean view rooms are blocked by tv/ dresser and the patio door that is a regular door and not a sliding glass. Most of view was blocked even for most expensive room
