This property was unavailable due to renovations in another part of the building. Vacasa put us in a house 1 bulk from the beach. The house was in immaculate condition.

It’s Oceaafront.

Non disclosed information. There were no doors on one of the bedrooms. The Master bedroom has non usable sliding doors to a common space balcony with no curtains for privacy. Very uncomfortable and robbing of intimacy. The sink did not work. We filled the fridge and could not cook the food. Late the next day the sent a repair man that could not fix the issue. The offered to reduce our cost, refund unnecessary expenses, and locate us another unit;but we have yet to get a response to how and what they will do to compensate for their non disclosed inconveniences. They never called with another location. When I messaged and emailed them to honor their commitment to discount our stay and refund unnecessary food cost they agreed to, they have never or yet to responded. It’s a month later.

There wasn’t anything I really liked

The facility was really run down. When I arrived there was a note that I was unable to use the balcony. You don’t rent a waterfront condo for over $2000 without expecting to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. They did not let me know that prior to leaving, if they had I would have canceled. The elevator did not work on our floor. The inside needed a lot of updates. Some of the outlets and lights did not work. We had to run a cell phone cord through a bedroom wall to get to the outlet in another room that had an outlet that worked. There was literally a round hole in the wall to feed the cord through. Things were not overly clean or comfortable. Bathroom shower head was a tiny round one from the 1980’s. Overall, I was extremely disappointed and will not recommend this condo or these facilities to anyone. This place was not work the money I paid. And the keyless entry did not work either!

Not much

I was never told that it was under construction and there would be loud beeping noises every morning to wake me up ! Was never given the code to use the pool! Also there was nasty mold on the ceiling of the main bedroom so bad that it had fur growing on it ! Was not worth the money that I paid ! I could have stayed in a nice hotel for the same price of this place !

Structure had concrete Spaulding and was worried it would collapse

It’s clean location is great

We stayed in the car fir 3 hrs cause they gave us the wrong password to the unit
