Wonderful place to visit. The house was clean and tidy. Diana was very quick to answer any questions. Plenty of room for multiple families and kids of all ages.

We really enjoyed our stay in the green house! It was very clean and updated. We appreciated the welcome basket. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Diana provided linens and towels which eased our packing. It was also so nice not to have to make beds the first night we arrived. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We had 6 adults and 3 children and we had plenty of room with all of the living rooms. The fire pit was relaxing and we loved the lights around it. We went to the island pool and the beach. Both were very nice. We also rented kayaks which was easy. The lake was beautiful. Diana was also very responsive when I had questions. We would definitely come back!! Thanks for hosting us!

We had a really nice time at this property. One grandmother, two sets of adult parents (all in our 30s), and three kids under 6. Enough to do in Arrowhead lake for everyone. Some of the playgrounds are a bit dated, and the beaches are small. We didn't check out all the pools, though one looked underwhelming. But the property and house were really well-kept and well-appointed. We had a hard time figuring out how to turn on the outside spigot (the shutoff was off), and when we reached out Diana responded immediately and made sure we found the shutoff quickly. Excellent communication with Diana. If we return to the area this house will be a strong contender.

This property was perfect home for our group of friends to spend a weekend catching up by the fire all while enjoying all the amenities from home. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!!! The kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed cooking together. Diana was a great host and the check-in was seamless. Can't go wrong with this place!

I can’t say enough about our experience at this house. It was such a beautiful place and so clean. Diana, our host was so helpful and informative and available for any questions with a quick response. We traveled with a group of 9 family members and there was so much room for us all to spread out but yet when we all wanted to watch a movie there was enough room for us all to cozy up on the comfortable sectional in the loft area together. The whole house was clean, comfortable and decorated so beautifully. Anything we could have needed was there for us. We went tubing at Big Boulder which was just about 25 min away. And we also found Splinters axe throwing about 30 min away which was so much fun. Arrowhead is a lovely community. We would 100% recommend this home and host to anyone. We even recieved a welcome basket with some smores supplies and snacks which was such a nice surprise when we arrived and we were able to make some smores by the firepit. Stay at the “green house” you will not regret it!!

Extraordinary well appointed, and superior clean home with space to spread out and gather. Very responsive hostess/host for any questions or details, and one who provides extras not found at other rental homes.

We brought together a very different set of families to this lake house to celebrate my father's 75th birthday, and it ended up being super special. First, the house was so clean and cute. Then, we noticed that Diana had actually hand-decorated and left the sweetest present to honor my dad's birthday, as well as a personal note and S'mores goodies! I have never felt so welcomed. We had a range of ages -- my dad and his SO are early 70s. My sister and my families have kids ranging from 3-11. My son and daughter slept up in the loft area with the pullout couch. My husband and I took the twin bed room in basement which was actually nice because it was extra cool and quiet. The rooms were all comfortable. Our FAVORITE part of the house was the deck with the table. We ate out there every night. It was wonderful. Note: There are steps in the house that you must climb up to be at main level, so heads up if you have a family member who can't do stairs. The house was well-stocked with basic stuff (pans, tea kettle, salt, pepper, olive oil, etc) AND most important, there was enough coffee to get us going! I would say if you will be cooking, bring all the ingredients you may need just in case, foil, etc. One of the nicest touches was that there were a ton of camping and beach chairs in the closet to bring to the pool or lake. Game changer. At one point, we had two small issues with a door handle and the window A/C unit. Diana was SO RESPONSIVE and her husband was there that afternoon to fix both, which worked great after he left. From the house, you can walk to the closest little pool and park. Most other places, you do need to drive or get a golf cart. We found that we really loved Beach #3, especially if you get there before noon it wasn't crowded at all. But the lake was lovely, we brought my blow-up paddleboard and everyone got a ride. The Island Pool was fun, but we found we all liked the lake the best. A couple things to note -- We went out one night to Barley Creek Brewing Company in Tannersville and we had a blast! The food and beer was tasty, but the atmosphere was fun, and even cooler there is a big area right outside with all these fun lawn games. Really great to take kiddos. Also we did the local hike that was suggested in the binder, and it was lovely. Most of our time was spent relaxing, playing pickleball on the courts, playing frisbee, and hanging at the lake. We had a wonderful stay!

Excellent service does not begin to describe our communication with Díana and us staying at this property. The house was clean, the welcome basket a very nice treat and we had a great time at the home. It was cozy yet we had more than enough room to hang. Díana as a host is truly a revelation as she takes an interest from the start and walks you through the whole process and answers every question you may have in a friendly yet prompt manner. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

This beautiful home was perfect for celebrating each other. We were able to enjoy each other’s company comfortably. Amenities were extensive, the home was clean and and the hostess provided a beautiful welcome gift. We were able to relax by the fire, make our own spa day and sit cozy together watching Apple TV. We will definitely be back!!!

We had an amazing time! We were looking to have a friends weekend celebrating my sisters upcoming wedding. Originally, we had booked for the beginning of January, but due to issues with Covid, we had to move it. Diana (the week of) let us switch dates to another weekend with no issues! She was super communicative and so nice! The house was even better than the pictures showed! Everything was so clean and the house was so spacious even with 8 people all in one room! We went snow tubing on Saturday but other than that we stayed at the house because it was too nice to not spend our time there! While we didn’t use the fire pit area (everything was frozen) we are hoping to come back again this summer to enjoy the lake and experience the Poconos in the summer. Would highly recommend to anyone considering! Diana was a joy to interact with! 10/10 and will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed this property as we ventured to some of the local ski and indoor water park adventures in the area. The place was immaculate, with wonderful small touches before and during the stay. We enjoyed our time from start to finish!

Clean nice house

The house was very spacious and clean. I've rented other houses and I have to say Diana's kitchen provided more than the essentials needed for our meals. Diana was very helpful and very responsive. Will absolutely consider this house for future trips.

We enjoyed our stay. A very comfortable home with plenty of room on three levels to spread out. Just bring good friends and have a great time. The community was very nice and the lakes were beautiful. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the club house but that is a nice extra. I do recommend this rental and host communication was excellent.

This home is perfect for families. Each level has its own living space. A very spacious space I will add. The host, Diana, ensures you have everything you need to make your stay an wonderful experience.

We had a great time away at this house. It was perfect for three small families as each family could have their own floor for sleeping. The owner of the property was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Myself and 7 friends stayed here for the weekend and it was a fantastic experience. Diana is a fantastic host, she was super responsive through text and got back to me the whole weekend when I asked with any questions. When we got there, we were surprised with a nice welcome basket! The house is in a perfect location, it’s only a short walk away from the community’s 3 beaches. Additionally the house was very clean! I just wish we had done an extra night, two nights go very quick. I will definitely be looking to come back.

Diana was extremely helpful through the booking and planning process. When we arrived, we were not disappointed. The home is lovely and offered numerous gathering spaces for our family get-together. The first night we looked through the amazing collection of DVDs and picked out some to watch. The sectional on the third level was a perfect place to enjoy some popcorn and movies. Over the course of the week, we gathered on the ground level and main level to craft and play games. We enjoyed sitting outside on the two decks in the morning and enjoyed the fire pit one evening The community offers several pools, beaches and lakes. Unfortunately, we were a bit unlucky due to a tropical storm passing through at the beginning of our stay, leading to the lakes being off limits for the duration. Only one of the pools was open during the week, which made it somewhat crowded, but still enjoyable overall. The kitchen was well appointed and met all our needs for the meals we had planned. Laundry machines were top-notch. All the bathrooms were lovely and clean. Beds were comfortable. If we had one wish, it would be for central air, but the combination of window units and fans was adequate for our comfort. All in all, we made wonderful memories in this home. Thank you for a great stay!

The house was clean and well stocked with pillows and blankets and lounge chairs . Quiet area wonderful firepit with some wood to burn. Great porches to sit and relax and enjoy nature. Plenty of room for the kids to just hangout. All in all a very lovely home and a great experience Thank you

It was my family and my brother's. We had 3 teenagers, 1 pre-teen, and a 5 year old (in addition to 4 adults) so it was great to be able to spread out and there were a number of things to keep the group busy. Proximity to the pools and beaches was great but also was able to venture out to Jim Thorpe for a day and hit some of the local hiking trails.Overall, excellent week, exactly what we wanted. We are already discussing another visit in the winter.

I planned this as a little getaway for the kids when school let out. Diana was the ABSOLUTE PERFECT hostess! She was super informative (because I don't vacation much and I had a ton of questions). Her home? BEAUTIFUL! It was clean, spotless actually, it had plenty of room for the eight of us, she even left us a care package to start off the vacation on the right foot! We had the best long weekend and I can't thank Diana enough. If you're looking for a nice place to stay, Diana's home is THE place!! Highly recommend, the next time we decide to go up that way, she is the ONLY person I'm going to call!!

Have everything we needed ! Quiet , and a relaxing place to be when u need a getaway! I would say this will be more of a spot for the summer only because the lakes and pools we could not attend other than that we all loved it

Me and my family stayed for an extended weekend. The house is spaced out perfectly for kids and adults to have their own space.. Diana was the best host and she was always available. I can't wait to stay again!

My family and I was anted to do somthing special for my boyfriend's birthday. So why not do a cabin and go snowboarding right? The cabin was on a 15 minute drive to the slopes! And many activities for us to do all around! From the moment I contacted Diana she was wonderful! Stayed in communication with me months prior to the weekend that we stayed and answered any and every question that I had! Check in was super easy and Diana made sure to let me know where I could find everything that I could possibly need at the house. The house over all was well kept, clean and maintained.
