Handy for all parts of Charmouth including shops and eateries. Diverse rooms; large kitchen and dining area , handy snug and good seating area of good size in main lounge. Outside pergola area was an asset.

My overlarge car (seats 7) was difficult to negotiate out of the parking area but normal vehicles like my daughter's had no issues. Easy on street parking so not a real problem. Really hard to find fault in anything.

Felt very homely so could relax straight away. Had everything we needed & an excellent location. Balcony a lovely sun trap.

Maybe make the outdoor seating area a little more inviting & remove some of the vines to make it lighter

Very pretty ‘chocolate box’ cottage. Provided an open fire & wood to have a fire together with wine, beer & goodies. Also made use of the outside space & cushions for the chairs. Everything looked new & spotlessly clean.

Car access was very tight to the back of the cottage

Location was perfect for the beach. It was clear that a good deal of thought had been given to each item in the kitchen, and each piece of furniture throughout the property. Small touches with biscuits and beverages in the kitchen The Snug is so perfect for snuggling with a favourite book, chatting or gazing at the roaring wood fire.

Perhaps draught excluders around the front door would have added to the the cosiness.

The cottage is beautiful and very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It is in a great location - Charmouth is a lovely village with a friendly local pub, some nice little shops and gorgeous beach. The property is in a good spot for everything in the town but tucked away in a quiet back road.

There wasn’t enough places to drink and eat when you come back from going out we didn’t want to go out again to get dinner but had dinner out at times nothing major
