Cesar and the team went out of their way to help us create an unforgettable trip. The house was perfect for our group of 8. We had chef and shopping services to eveerything we wanted was there when we arrived. We had massages by the pool and went for a sunset cruise. The perfect trip to Cabo. Thank you for everything Cesar and Eduardo.

We had our entire family there for a week and it was awesome. My wife and I, married kids, single kids, grandkids... we had a ball! Very relaxing, great location

We absolutely loved the home! It fit our needs perfectly. We had a family vacation with our adult children. Having separate bathrooms for each bedroom suite was truly a plus!!! We took advantage of several excursions including snorklng, scuba diving, and a sunset dinner cruise. The property pictures were true and the views were amazing. The abilty to use their vehicle was definitely a plus. Cesar coordinated round trip transportation for us and surprised us with drinks and tapas upon arrival. Definitely will be back!

This was our second time to Cabo, first time at this property, and we had a great time. The property is huge and perfect for a big group. We had 11 adults, and everyone had ample space. The 6 private bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing. The pool and hot tub were easy to use and well heated as needed. The views are unbeatable and you never get tired of them. The property manager (Cesar) is friendly and helpful and responds quickly to any needs you have. The car was a major plus and with 7 seats it was incredible to have to drive to town (which you'll need because the property is ~10 minutes from downtown so not walkable). Keep in mind it is still Cabo, and even the nice properties are still not going to be perfect. We had some issues with showers clogging/leaking, some broken doors/lights, and squeaky beds. We were also missing some basic household/kitchen items upon arrival. However, Cesar quickly remedied all concerns, and the squeaky parts of the bed could be removed. Overall, the property was great for our group and we had a fun week!

We were nervous as this was our first VRBO experience. Everything went better than we had expected. Communication was wonderful, the property is beautiful. Perfect layout for a large group/family. We enjoyed our time with our adult children.

It looks just like the pictures. Great view. However, we arrived to a dirty property. The showers had razors and hair. The coffee machine had mold in it. A few of the bathrooms had broken fixtures and the hot water was sketchy. The property manager did communicate but our first impression was a lasting impression. They also treated the pool during our stay which took away some of our pool time.

This villa was everything we could have dreamed of and more! The kitchen was well equipped & the pool/backyard was a dream! Cesar was absolutely AMAZING and seamlessly coordinated all of our activities (transportation, chef services & a private boat). Wishing we could have stayed longer! Would definitely book again!

This was a great stay. The property was beautiful with an amazing view. Cesar was a wonderful host and helped with anything. Oscar and the chef was amazing and one of the best services I’ve ever had! This is a great property and I’d recommend it!

WOW!!!! What a house!!! Absolutely beautiful and man what a view. The place was huge and it didn’t even seem like 8 guys were staying in it. The upstairs and downstairs options are great as if you wanted a little quiet you could get it. Cesar our property manager was very attentive to our needs and when we went to BBQ and propane ran out a new one was there in 15 minutes. This placed rocked!!!! Thank you

First off, I have stayed in rental properties all over Mexico. We have standards because we have done this too many times previously and have experienced top notch service every single time - this property fell majorly short. The house is surrounded by an insane amount of construction. It’s in a location that’s sort of ducked off by itself. Only pluses are how close the grocery store is and the view is great. The chef service provided by Cesar and his team was completely unacceptable - especially for how expensive the service was. I actually had to negotiate a deal for 1 dinner and 3 breakfast because it was so outrageous compared to other services I’ve used in other parts of Mexico. The service so bad that it actually made me angry. They were two hours late serving dinner and it was basically midnight central time before we had food. The food was god awful. They served quite possibly the worst steak I’ve ever had - nobody in our group ate it. Come to find out they didn’t even use the grill to cook the steaks - they used the oven, grossly undercooked every steak and to add insult to injury they used a pot with water and onion in it, stuck that in the oven to try and give it a “aromatic” flavor. What really pissed me off is I gave them SIGNIFICANT money up front for alcohol and groceries and I told them I wasn’t giving them a dime more and we would cook the rest of the time ourselves. Cesar was horrible to work with and the amount of back and forth I had to have with him about paying for that awful service was crazy. He had some nerve coming to me for an outrageous service fee for that dinner. I told him it wasn’t happening. He started sending me receipts for the cost of food and cigars that wasn’t paid. It started off being “x” $ short and after taking off the service fee, he tried to overcharge me for cigars when I had the price on the box and me doing calculations myself, we settled on a MUCH lower amount, which I gave to him this morning as we were leaving and he STILL tried to bleed me for some extra dollars. The most annoying and unprofessional concierge I’ve ever dealt with at a house rental. I’m not sure if these people are just used to dealing with clueless Americans but I’m not the one, and neither are people that are in my groups. We have all done this before - many times. This was hands down one of, if not the worst experience I’ve had with a rental in Mexico and I would not recommend it.

Wow! What can I say about Hacienda Punta Vista? Amazing! We booked the whole house months ago for my partner's 50th birthday celebration. We were so happy to find a house to accommodate a large family. Russell and Amy and amazing hosts! They are very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. We arranged round trip airport transportation which was so easy and convenient with excellent service. Arrived at the house greeted with tapas and margaritas. Cesar the concierge of the house was tremendously helpful and always a text away.The car that comes with the house is so useful to go to Costco or Walmart which are both minutes away. The house is gorgeous! The rooms are spacious and all have en suite bathrooms. The views are stunning as well. We had a chef come to prepare our meals on Saturday which was delicious food and amazing service. Cesar even arranged for someone to come to the house to administer our covid tests as required for our flights back home. We were there for four days and we never left the house! We highly recommend and look forward to going back again! Thank you Russell and Amy! Marc and Antonio

The pictures don’t do this property and especially it’s views justice. I felt like it was in a movie! Serene setting with beautiful pool and views of the ocean and rocks by the arch and 6 master suites where everyone has their space. We enjoyed wonderful meals together outside. Cesar the house manager coordinated airport transportation, covid tests, and hooked us up with an excursion coordinator as well as a chef whom we used for two of our days. There was everything you needed to cook your own meals if you like too. There was fun for all between jet skis, whale watching, snorkeling, Atv’s, zip lining, and some enjoyed just relaxing by the pool and doing puzzles with an incredible view. The location was so close to Cabo and nearby a wonderful grocery store. It felt very safe, and I enjoyed jogs from the house daily. This is truly a luxury rental, and we really enjoyed our stay. We just wish we could have stayed longer. We appreciate all the Cesar did to make our stay perfect!!

The view from the back of the house and pool area was amazing! Costco and supermarket are both 5 mins from the house. The car availabe to rent was also super convenient to have while we stayed we used it many times. Cesar was very accommodating and helped set up a night with a chef, set up massages and our transportation to and from the airport. He was responsive in all requests we had. So why I leave a 4 star review, for a few reasons. 1. The wifi went out after the first day of being there, we told cesar he sent someone to try and fix it a few times but it still never worked. Was fruserating with not being able to reach people back in the states as all of us the trip have kids and service was spotty, not ideal. Had that been fixed everything else would have been fine.

Listen. I WILL be perfectly honest, this property is simply amazing. Plenty of space, the place was amazing from the views, the bedrooms, pools, the loaner vehicle, everything was out sight. Csear, the Chef, words can't describe. So respectful, every request answered immediately, will definitely be back to stay here.. 5 star treatment across the board. My Birthday stay in Cabo was a success and I truly appreciate everything. Thank you Mr. Russell and Csear.
