The caravan had everything we needed and very close to everything so we didnt need to drive very much while there. The owner of the caravan was very responsive to all questions and also very helpful when we unfortunately had to leave a little early. My little ones very much enjoyed playing with all the kids in caravans close by when we were back and there was loads around the area to keep them happy too.

The fanasy island office opening hours were a bit tricky for us as we needed to leave early, the only place to find the office hours are on the door, nothing online and they have no letter box to drop off the keys but I can't see that being an issue for many people. The music from the bar at the beach can be heard until the early hours but its far enough away to sleep if you're not a light sleeper.

Nathan was a great communication before and after the visit The caravan is lovely and well maintained Beds are comfortable and the place is well cleaned

Had a fabulous stay. The caravan was lovely, nice and clean with plenty of room. The location was also perfect, right next to all the main attractions. Would definitely book there again!

Site was very small, good location for what we wanted...

The caravan was not clean at all ... the wife had to clean up, empty fridge and freezer and wash all the pots. The owner was not helpful at all and after a week of asking him for my deposit back he tells me he's keeping it as he can't find a parking ticket which i know was left... Wye would anyone else want it... this is why I book holidays on booking.com so you don't have to deal with crooks like the owner of this caravan.... be warned.....

Computers down in office so had no record of our booking

From the moment we set foot in it, we were awe-struck by the spaciousness, cleanliness and modern comforts!!! Never did we expect such a fully equipped holiday home - gas central heating, fridge/freezer, modern cooker with double oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, large smart TV (has to be connected to your own internet through tethering), DVD player, endless sets of cutlery/crockery including lots of mugs and cups! The saddest thing was that while at home we consume vast amounts of coffee from a Tassimo machine, we were mentally prepared to drink instant for a few days.. Guess what we found on the kitchen worktop? A perfect Tassimo coffee machine - except we hadn't brought any pods! :( A clean and fully equipped bathroom was complemented by a second, en suite one, in the main bedroom! A carpark is available nearby and the owner had considerately left 2 Carpark Passes for us. All the attractions are a stone's throw away and so were the wonderful, traditional Fish & Chips shops, frying the freshest Grimsby cod! The owner, Nathan, was extremely helpful on the phone, making sure we found the place and settled in. Top marks! Although it is nearly 3 hours away from home, we will return - and if it is not in the summer, get a bargain too!!

When we arrived we did not have any check in details but contacted Nathan who was very helpful. The lodge was very clean and well equipped. It is in a great position very close to all the attractions.

I would say it is overpriced but it wasn’t that bad as it’s in the centre of everything and it was clean and tidy and the owner is nice.

Nathan (owner) was spot on, couldn't fault him, always on the other end of the phone if you needed to know anything. Caravan was absolutely lovely and was close to everything. The market, rides, convenience store, takeaways and pubs. Highly recommend and would book again for another alittle break there.

No small windows to leave open at night. The property could do with potable fans. Advice to anyone staying please take your bed sheets as they wasn’t provided due to covid restrictions which I didn’t know about.

Absolutely amazing had the best time!!! the caravan was so clean and spacious and absolute mint location it’s only a couple of minute walk away from fantasy island and all pubs + the host was mint as well only a message away, thank you so much !!!!
