Ocean Walk is in my favorite part of HHI- South Forest Beach. I like the bottom unit we rented because of easy loading access and location to Ocean Gate for Sea Pines. Unit is spacious and comfortable and well stocked. My communications with owner has found them very responsive and that is Much appreciated.

This rental was great for our family. Plenty of room for all of us. Loved both pools and the quick walk to the beach. The best part was all the beach stuff that we were able to borrow: wagon, chairs, umbrella. What a great vacation!

It was clean, plenty of space , updated and lovely patio with swing.

The apartment has everything you'll need when away from home, including a wagon, chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards for the family at the beach. Two baths and two bedsrooms with a total of 3 comfortable beds. Plenty of room with the 2 living rooms. My family loved having the rwo pools, hot tub, and pickle/tennis courts just out the front door. Patio is set up for those family talks. The host is wonderful. This VRBO has it all.

We have stayed in three different units and by far this one topped it all. Being on the first floor was terrific. We will come back to this unit again.

We arrived a bit early and the host was amazing about letting us check in early. However after messaging us the property was ready we got there to find that the actual method of entry didn’t match the instructions given and we were locked out. Once I messaged the host they did get in touch with me to try to walk me through getting in, but without a fob to get through the front door of the building there wasn’t a way for them to get me into the unit inside. Eventually someone came out of the building and we were able to walk in, although our phone didn’t work in the hallway by the unit door so there was a lot of unexpected back and forth to get in. We did finally get in, but I’ve had much better check in experiences :( Overall, such a clean space with a great host who responded quickly to a question we had about the tv. This place is a super short walk to the beach (we were shocked at proximity for price!) and has all the things you would want for a day at the beach. We also took advantage of the hosts discount at forest surf and cycle and rented bikes during our stay. Again, super close, really accommodating, and this building is very bike accessible to several paths. Also I saw some other reviews comment on the pools and hot tub and this was not our experience. Pools were clean and well maintained!

The unit was in excellent condition. It was well furnished, clean, inviting, relaxing, and had great amenities. It is located close to the beach and Coligny shopping areas. The complex itself had some more run down areas and the hot tub was basically non-functional at 78°F. This did not deter us from having an excellent stay.

Clean, well-furnished and well-located. Most all the supplies you could need/want for your stay. The decor was pleasing as well. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The kitchen is very very well equipped! ( crockpot even!) 2 living rooms & smaller has a mini frig & bar area! You can literally park in front of fence & walkway to unit is right there! ( great for packing & unpacking the car… bringing in groceries…. ) Pool & hot tub are indoors & perfect for our Christmas Day swim!

This was my second time staying in this unit and will certainly check its availability on my next visit(s) to HHI. The unit is very clean, comfortable, and the hostess has thought of every necessity one may need for their stay. Its location on the first floor along with patio door access to the parking area is a super convenience! I have enjoyed each of my stays there very much!

The amenities weren’t great and I wish the property was actually walking distance to the beach, but loved the room itself. So much room and so clean.

The condo is very nice and clean, the beds are very comfortable, the property is quiet, the pools are clean. We are definitely coming back to this condo

We stayed for a weekend girls trip. The property was just as it was shown in the picture. It was a bonus to actually have two units. Any questions we had were quickly answered by our host. We were pleased with the various restaurant options nearby. The walk to the beach was manageable in spite of pulling a wagon in the heat. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to not have to bring our own beach chairs and supplies since we came from out of state, however we would have like what was provided to have been in better condition. If we come back to this area again, we’ll definitely stay here again.

The kitchen was well stocked. The walk to the beach was longer than we anticipated. We slept comfortably, and the space of the unit was roomy. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool. We would stay here again.

Our stay was incredible! The listing was even better than described (washer and dryer available in the unit)! The unit is right around the corner from the indoor pool but noise was not a problem at all, it was so convenient for taking my boys for a swim! The beach that is a short walk is so calm and comfortable - the beach amenities provided are in good working condition. We enjoyed every moment! Thank you for sharing your get away with us! We really enjoyed having the separate space for our teens. The location was great for both the beach and shopping/restaurants. It was a little bit of a walk to both but we liked not having to take the car. The photos were accurate.

We enjoyed our stay at Oceanwalk Villas. The unit was very spacious and clean. We were seconds away from the the pool and a short walking distance to the beach. We would stay here again and we recommend it for a family.

This condo was great, much more beautiful than in the photos. The location was close to several beach access points and Coligny. The extras like the beach cart, boogie boards, coolers, flashlights, and sand toys were fantastic. Our girls loved having their own space with multiple TVs. First floor access and being close to both pools was also nice. We would totally stay here again.

This truly was the perfect place for us! The condo is in super good shape, well taken care of, and just the perfect feel for this beach trip. Not cheesy like so many back places are. The host was amazing. Super responsive and helpful, and very patient and cool in helping me and answering my questions. She has thought of everything and clearly takes pride in how she treats people and how she takes care of her place. The location was great, too. Right there close to everything but you also feel like you’ve got some space and don’t feel like you’re in the middle of the masses. I think it’s just a perfect place for a family or group of friends. We will book here again for sure!

Clean, well stocked, comfortable, spacious. My grandchildren and I love the area, this was our 13th visit. Bicycling is awesome, short walk to anything you need, including the beach. When the day is done there is ample room to cool off and relax without being crowded, lot of privacy. GO THERE, YOU WILL LIKE IT.

Ocean Walk property was clean, well maintained, with updated furnishings and easy access. Unit was cool and comfortable. All appliances worked properly and beds were comfortable. This was a great place for me because of location near family property by the Marriot. Pools were clean and people seemed to respect rules so no annoying distractions. I have always stayed on ocean side but honestly hope to return to this location. Having 2 parking passes is nice and also being able to get keys to property on site is a plus. Thank you to owner/ property manager for a comfortable stay!

Property is clean with plenty of room for 3-4 people; close to beach. We were happy to have washer/ dryer. Aimee was helpful and easy to contact.

We really enjoyed our stay. Having the two sides A and B allowed plenty of room for all of us and gave my daughters family privacy when they needed it. Everything exactly as pictured. It was a cold and rainy Memorial day weekend and we loved having the indoor pool and hot tub. Close enough to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We love Hilton Head Island and this puts you near everything. Great information from the owner on how to find everything - just follow the directions and you will not have any issues. Unit is really close to the indoor pool which was very nice. Definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling with another couple or family - the set up is perfect! Host was quick to respond to any questions.

We really enjoyed our time in Hilton Head. The unit is very nice in that it is two connected units, so there’s two main bedrooms and two main bathrooms. There’s also a main living room and dining table and a smaller seating area in the other unit. The unit is very well equipped. We loved the indoor pool as it was a nice break from the afternoon heat. Also, the washer and dryer was a big plus. And as mentioned in other reviews, it was very easy to load and unload as a unit is on the first floor and we could use the patio door for such. The location is close enough to the Coligny Square and the beach but does require a ~10 min plus walk. Parking was plentiful at the unit. But, moreover, Aimee was a pleasure to work with, and most responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Thank you for a lovely vacation!
